Pick up process took long because the mobile app didn’t work correctly.

JEFFREY HIf you rent from this location, don't expect the best Treatment or handling of your Rental! I wasn't even told about what i was actually signing. Basically Kenny put my life at risk for the mighty Dollar!
Dustin EI rented the uhaul online from the uhaul place in Dothan on Montgomery Highway and they overbooked so they sent me to another place and I ended up getting the run around there as well and finally at the 3rd place I was able to get a uhaul

GEORGE GRobert and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Only suggestion is, if a customer doesn't use the trailer or vehicle the whole time reserved, they shouldn't have to pay for the xtra days. I tuned mine in a day earlier than reserved and still paid full amount. You would have definitely charged me if I was a day late. Just saying.

Wayne PThe place was closed. There was noone to assist. I called Uhaul, they wanted to put me on hold to find another place for dropoff. I said NO, I am dropping it. Me and my wife were cut and bruised unloading the trailer. It dented my bumper. I had to snatch it away by blocking the trailer wheels. I will NEVER use Uhaul again. DONE!

Aubrey DThe location was perfect. Friendly salespeople and the parking lot was spacious. The only negative thing is I received an email stating I had not returned the equipment, which was a lie. I only had the equipment maybe 3 hours if that and it was returned to the same exact spot. Before sending emails, someone should check cameras.

RANDALL SOverall no problems. My complaint would be that uhaul messaged me about pulling a trailer to my original destination and that I would be given 25 dollars if I agreed to that. I did agree and delivered the trailer as I said I would. I have not been paid the 25 dollars as of today. The uhaul location I picked up the trailer from told me that my credit card would not be charged until I dropped off the truck. That was incorrect. I was charged the minute I got the truck. So if I could be paid the 25 dollars as promised to do uhaul a favor, that would be nice. I have all text messages to show where uhaul asked me to pull the trailer. Merci.

Joyce RWe had the order in for 2,5 months orior to moving day. Everything on the order was not there on pickup day. The person checking the equipment out was rude & uncaring that the order was complete . The cab of the vehicle was not completely clean. Overall a terrible experience. Will definitely look for alternate rental options next time
