She had no idea what was a closer location and honestly didn't seem to care to help the customer,

The owner is very friendly and personable, and is excited about being a U-Haul rental site, and not only has a nice size trailer but also has a nearly new Chevy pickup, which is what I rented. I highly recommend this U-Haul rental site!
