Jason PAs far as uhaul the company I will never use them again. We were lied to unable to pick truck up at time I i requested on the 24/7 pi I up. I was charged 197 more than told and was told due to corporate office screw up i would not be charged for two days and i was. 4,25 per gallon of gas i was less than when picked up this is highway robbery. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

David LI had no issues at pickup location. My issue was with Uhaul reservation process. My reservation was changed to a town 50 miles from required pickup location. Then no one contacted me regarding location change until I contacted the original site to ensure that they had my truck. This requested a huge issue as I had to locate someone drive 100 miles round trip to get me to pickup location, in addition to the fact I had to pay people for additional hour of time while they were waiting to get a truck to load.
Virginia WI had to go get the mileage and gas of the truck. No one helped me make sure the trailer was attached correctly or in good working order. It ended up breaking 4 miles down the road.

Michael HWe were not contacted correctly so when we arrived to pick up truck it was not there and had to drive 50 miles out of way for pick up and was double charged on credit card. Jesse employee from Little Rock was very unhelpful and it put us out and behind several hrs worst experience ever with uhaul. We had to speak to Jesse supervisor Tanya and had to persist to have her discount $50 off truck rental. Then after pick up had to make continuous calls to have double charge taken off of credit card.

THOMAS TDebbie at Baileys was friendly, courteous and very helpful in the rental of this U haul truck. The truck was clean and ready for pickup at the required time even though the truck we originally were renting was pulled out by UHaul for another customer. Debbie and U Haul still had a 26' truck ready and waiting for pickup. Thanks for a great move.

SHEENA GTruck and pads were dirty. Agent was excellent. Truck had a hole in the roof and cause several boxes and furniture pads to get wet. This was very inconvenient.
DAVID SCustomer service was terrible . We were 20 minutes late because the address was not correct , the phone number was to a New Jersey office and when we did finally find baileys we stood at the counter while the clerk counted her money for about 5 minutes . When she finally asked us what we needed we were then directed 1/4 mile down the road . When we finally went into her office we told her we had a uh auk rental and she rolled her eyes and said well you are late! Will never go there again
MELINDA MThey were just getting set up in a new building without access to the internet yet, so we had to handle things over the phone. The attendant did all of the calling, and the process while a little slower, went well.
DAVID MThat place was a mess! The office wasn't marked and we had to hunt for it. The lady that helped with our paperwork was nice, but we had to go to another location to pickup the trailer in the middle of a mud pit. We received no help hooking up the trailer. Bailey's is awful.
DARRELL DManager was extremely rude and did not have equipment ready at time to pick up. Called uhaul about it however and we were given a partial refund which was much appreciated and handled nicely.
MICHEAL LI had a very good experience. The truck was clean, and they had the packing blankets and appliance dolly I requested already loaded on the truck. Bailey's UHaul rental was very professional.

David SThe truck had a foul odor. The employees at this location were very rude, and they did not even have all of the equipment I had reserved. They attempted to give me a utility dolly in place of an appliance dolly. When I said "that's not what I reserved," they said "I know." They acted like they didn't even care.

terra lInterior had to be swept out before we could load. This may have been this locations fault, but it was brought to my attention at the drop off location that I had excess mileage and owed $24 +. The person at the drop off location said this could probably have been taken care of at the pickup location, but it wasn't. This could be a problem with the online order. I had been told pickup would be at a closer location, but was rerouted to Fordyce resulting in about 20 + extra miles being factored in to the total trip.
JIM Aless paperwork to fill out to make a rental took 30 minutes of answering questions.

gloria cthe person working here got busy doing something else and seemed to forget about me. i waited too long for the process to end ! they also didnt confirm the condition of the returned equipment, although it was was fine i think they should have made certain and not have taken my word for it.
