The location and person I dealt with was great. I would highly recommend using this location. The only issue that I had was the payment being much different than the initial quote. I understand the $0.59 per mile and the extra fee but the total price was far higher than anticipated. I think the insurance I had initially refused on website may have gotten added in. Not a huge deal but I wouldn't have added the appliance hand cart had I known, but will be aware next time. Overall no issues with vehicle and service was great.

Your 24/7 promotion is AWFUL. I arrived at 8:15PM for a 9PM pickup. The app crashed causing me to use your 24/7 phone help. 30 minutes on HOLD, then the operator looked up my account asked me a few questions and then hung up! I went to dinner, checked my acct info and noticed my account had been reset. So I went back to the pick up location arriving at about 9:45PM. When I opened the app the app stated my reservation had expired. After another 45 minutes on HOLD I finally reached a woman who could halp. After the photo, license check and alternate phone number VERIFICATION I finally was given the combination. OMG.!!!!

There was no one present at the desk to give me a receipt for returning the trailer which I returned one day early on September 13th. I never received an email or text message confirming the return. But there were two mechanics in the garage area that were very helpful in disconnecting the trailer and parking it.

I was given no Information about this locations process of picking up the truck without any one present. When I got there I had to do all of the steps to check in on my phone with barely any service. The hours of operation said they would be open. I would have appreciated a phone call giving me instructions prior to me getting there. My pick up location was changed to here even though it was further out of my way.

Mike is a very nice man with a wonderful way with his customers whether for repairs or UHaul rentals. Because of his manner and his way of dealing with customers, we are loyal to him to a fault. He keeps his shop and his UHaul units immaculate. What's not to like? Friendly, competent, honest, prices fairly and treats everyone well.

I was not informed that I had to check in and out using a smartphone. I found the process easy but wonder how one would rent the truck without a smartphone. My only complaint is that since I made the reservation via a phone call I feel like someone should have informed me that the rental place was closed on Sunday’s and I needed my Smartphone- which I’m glad I had with me.
