The location was tight and had to stand in rain trying to get the truck key out of a difficult to access lockbox. The truck was TERRIBLE. I have rented several UHauls over the years. Couldn't go much over 50pmh due to bad vibration. Also had an Airbag light on the dash, that makes you feel really safe. Sarcasm intended.

Business was not open. Had to call since hauling app wasn’t working. It’s a towing company so the guy who answered didn’t know what to do. Finally had to call back and talk to a woman who got it straightened out. But for the return, that lady wasn’t available and guy didn’t know what to do for U-Haul. Finally got app to work. Poor service and not what I’m used to
