William CobbKey compartment locks are a bit stiff. I recommend an application of graphite or silicone to each lock to make them easier to operate. My van showed zero life left on oil, but when I checked, it looked like it had been recently changed. Technicians should make sure oil monitor is reset after a change.
Alan ShapiroOur issue was that my son was relocating to NY and we had hoped to be able to drop the van off in another location so that he would not have to return the van to its original location. We were hoping for that option. We were not allowed to do that. Otherwise-it was a great experience. I was confused on the pricing after we returned the van but was helped on the phone with a UHAUL rep and they were great at explaining everything. Would definitely recommend.

Ladislav plesnarNot to do with the location but I didn't like how uhaul took the estimated mileage to go from my pick up location in Georgia to the drop off location in Massachusetts and used that number to estimate the allotted mileage, not taking into account or allotting mileage on average to drove from where you are loading your truck to where you would be unloading your truck. Especially when they had no availability at the 2 or 3 uhaul locations nearest to me at both locations. Then charge 0,4cents on the dollar per mile over their estimated travel mileage from uhaul locations. Charged me almost $65 extra bucks by doing so.
David CoxThe UHaul App is not very good. I representative at Barney and Carey lumber had a difficult time accessing the app through my phone and on his computer. The site was also unable to print out the contract for me at the site. As soon as I took possession of the truck, I went to my home and started loading it. It wasn't until I got home Monday that i called your main number and found out about the additional costs.
