It could be better if I can rent a dolly for less than 9 days

TRUDY NI was told and forced to purchase insurance on a 5 x 8 cargo trailer that I did not want and I find out after the fact that it was not mandatory as the woman was stating. Also, they carry absolutely no accessories if you need anything boxes, blankets hitches pins adapters Which forced you to have to drive down the road and find a place that sells the stuff.
KELLI PLocation was fine. The appliance dolly was not helpful as it was missing parts that made it functional. This greatly hindered my move and left me struggling to safely move heavy appliances.

IRA CPads and dolly were not available and did not find out until the day we picked up the trailer. These were reserved for weeks before picking up trailer.

GEORGE FHave the back end clean. Make sure things are as they should be. The passenger door shutting/seal was so bad my ears kept on popping. My wife wrecked a few shirts trying to make a better seal.

ANTHONY JTruck pulled to left badly. Needs alignment. The location is not that great. Poor maintenance there. Had a guy with front end loader pushing a car onto trailer. They did not bother to get out of the way.

BRUCE OThe pick up of the truck went smoothly and the truck was acceptable however there was a sticky compound on the center console. The exhaust system sounds like it has a serious leak especially noticeable when accelerating. The steering wonders and the vehicle is very difficult to control comfortably, it has a tendency to wonder. The truck return after hours was extremely difficult using the U-Haul website; had to call in for assistance. Not a very intuitive interaction and took almost an hour to complete. Also the facility closed early, I arrived at 4:15 and the sign on the door indicated they were to supposed to be open until 4:30; not a good business practice !

Hazel SAC was intermittent in truck. Location was changed due to availability but app did not update resulting in a hour delay to pick up truck. Truck 24/7 in app crashed multiple times during return.

Roger CEverything was great except the owner was frustrated that an employee assisting me was having difficult with some of the equipment and was very rude to the employee. It made me uncomfortable as it happened right in front of me and made me concerned for the employees. I was not rushing or upset about the equipment issue, and was just waiting patiently.
