Lynne AVery inconvenient pickup location. The lockbox lock was extremely difficult to open. The extra padded blankets I ordered were not provided so we had to find another location to get those which put the whole day behind. The U-Haul app blacked out 3 times while attempting to check in, and it asked for repetitive information which was already provided previously. Not the best experience. The truck itself worked fine. The best part of the experience was the very kind gentleman at the location on Maple St where we picked up padded Blankets. He didn't make me go through paperwork hell to prove I had purchased a dozen blankets.
Ramona tDirty truck with snow and ice covered windshield. Attendant said he gave me a veteran discount but lied per customer service call. Based on this alone I will use Penske even if it is more expensive!!!!
