The only particular thing that seemed a bit odd was people who seemed to pop up out of nowhere, like this one guy who had and overwhelmingly amount of animals or dogs that sometimes seemed as if he was residing at the location. Other than that everything was good. The man on the bike only spoke when spoken to but, the guy with the dogs seemed nosy strikes conversation when I really didn't have time. Although he seemed to have complete control over his animals I was not completely aware of his mental condition traveling in the heat with all the dogs. He also mentioned his truck wouldn't start and his dogs needed water. to have a storage and not take care of your vehicle or your animals was completely strange to me. Thanks for your help I will return also, recommend someone else of your company services. ️ Ra❗️‼️

Brian NI returned the trailer at 6:30 am on June 4, 2022, following the drop-off and parking instructions texted to me by Vic the previous Tuesday. I pulled into the property, drove thru to a larger parking lot where I turned around to make it easier to park the trailer. I had to adjust the trailer once before unhooking it to make sure I was in the proper position. I looked around for chocks or a stand like the other trailers had, but found nothing. When I unhooked the trailer, it began rolling backwards into the grass. At one point the heavy tongue of the trailer raked over my foot. I made several attempts but could not stop it from rolling into the grass. I was billed $15 for "cleaning" because the trailer wasn't parked correctly and when I contacted the office, Vic answered. I told him what happened and he pulled up a closed circuit camera on the property. He said the camera had a glitch at the exact moment I unhooked the trailer. I told him I wanted a refund, he said he'd have to check. I told him I would check with my credit card company or a lawyer if he had no success. He refused to talk to me any further. This is the SECOND rental I've experienced with UHaul charging unexpected fees at drop off, renting a truck and trailer from Michigan to North Carolina last October. That time, I took it in stride. Not this time.

BLAIZE AThe young lady that contacted me through txt. Was very agrivating and continued to txt me for 30 minutes or longer. I tried to make her understand that I rented the dolly I made the reservation and my brother picked it up for me in Foley al. Because I was driving from lake charles la. And wouldn't get there until late at night. So all he did was sign my papers. I got all the emails and txr about the dolly. So when I told this too the young lady to return it. She insisted I use my brothers account to return it. He dont have an account and just signed for the dolly and I picked it up from him. She was very rude and would not stop harassing me.
GORDON WI had issues with the mobile check in to pick up my truck. I stayed at the place for over an hour talking to 4 people on the phone to try and figure it out before speaking with a field manager. I was there for 8 am as scheduled but the u haul place did not open until 10. There was a worker there at the place who saw me struggling and when I asked for her help, she said she wouldn't help me until 10 am when they opened. I tried to explain my issue but she just said she won't help me at all until they open. I asked if someone could physically come help me while still on the phone because nobody could help me. The field manager acted quite disinterested stating he could be here in half an hour (it was 9 am) but that by the time he got there, the place would be open for someone to help me. He just told me to download the app and it should work and hurried to get off the phone telling me to just call him back if I still had problems. The app ended up fixing the problem because the internet browser site was not working properly. I had to delay my movers by over an hour and a half because of this. I called the customer service line to see if I could get some money back or something because of all these issues. The person essentially told me they could almost guarantee nothing would be done because it's basically not their fault. This was super frustrating and not a good experience.

It is a waste of time for anyone to go to a location for rented equipment and then be informed that they need to go somewhere else.

Daniel VYou need to have more trucks brought in to this area. With all the hurricanes everyone is moving out one way and there is a major shortage of trucks, it makes it look like you don't want to meet the customers needs. Came from Texas where most locations have 10 to 20 trucks. The people of Louisiana sure need the trucks and help.

All of this took valuable time i didn't have. Will figure out another option next time.
