Horrible customer service. Incompident employees. Benny of bbq world in bay shore ny left harassing voicemails and texts and WOULD NOT return any of my phone calls. Charged us over on mileage (under by 25 miles) AND added a $14 charge AND WOULD NOT TELL US WHAT IT WAS FOR! We were allowed by paul the owner to keep the pickup truck until Sunday ( it was confirmed by paul) and we were required to bring it back Saturday morning instead of Sunday. VERY POOR SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

It was so easy to reserve the truck/ equipment I needed for my move. Customer service was without a doubt very refreshing, prompt, and courteous. I highly recommend this place!!

For starters the truck smelled like manure so all my clothes and items I was moving have that odor. Secondly I was billed twice nearly removing almost 400$ from my account Thirdly I have been calling to try and get an explanation on why I was charged so much and also trying to get refunded for the charge of a utility dolly which I didn’t even receive. And the line is always busy/unavailable. Never again will I be using this location or company

There was slight miscommunication when I picked up the truck. Days earlier when I made the reservation I was told that it was for 24hrs,the day I picked up the truck I was told it was for 6 hours. After some conversation this was immediately rectified. Thank you BBQ world uhaul!

Quick and easy drop off

I rent a uhaul once a year from this location to transport items to an event. This time it was to move. They charged me for 2 days because they say I didnt return car on Sunday. Which it was returned at 3:53pm Sunday. When I called to discuss, they said manager was there at 4, which is not true becauae they were closed No one was there and the gate was locked. I had a problem loggin into website to check out, and was charged double. They said I didnt return it until Monday morning and they have to look at tape and never called back. This year I sent 3 other people to rent trucks there. This type of customer service is shameful. Since I have not heard back from them, I will dispute with Amex. I will NEVER rent from them again.
