Nothing to Improve. I was treated with respect and kindness. No surprises with pricing. Impeccably clean facility. I liked it so much that I rented a storage unit. The entire property is pristine!!

The people at bear river storage are very nice and Professional, the Ogden place was not very nice and the guy that came out had an Attitude and he had to be there

WARREN M.I am very disappointed of U-haul app and the quality of service. I made my reservation in the app and the lady that helped me get the truck changed my settings. I do not want the option safemove and she still put it. I asked her to remove it and she told me to just call and they would reimbursed me. Very bad experience. I'll let know my friends my experiences!
