We rented the largest truck. I was in and out on the road in 10 minutes

Jared BIn traveling to Bear River Storage in Provo Utah I got lost. Come to find out there are two Bear River Storage locations in Provo. In calling the number listed in the rental order the call would drop. Making it impossible to contact the drop-off location. This added to the frustrations with my U-Haul experience. A person would think a company this big would have their act together. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. I will give a Negative 10 to U-Haul

WARREN MI am very disappointed of U-haul app and the quality of service. I made my reservation in the app and the lady that helped me get the truck changed my settings. I do not want the option safemove and she still put it. I asked her to remove it and she told me to just call and they would reimbursed me. Very bad experience. I'll let know my friends my experiences!
