First location ended up being closed. Second location was also closed but luckily the property manager -(Tracy) came out side and was able to help with the return. So thankful he was there. Friendly and helpful

They ended up charging me $90,51 extra for nothing. The truck was clean in the front and back and I put the gas back to 1/4 like I was told. Be careful with this uhaul place.

Rocio F.Hire management that has customer service skills and patience and remove this location from the uhaul relationship. These people have no business handling your vehicles and brand name. This was without a doubt the worst uhaul experience i have ever had EVER! And ive been using uhaul since the mid 1990s. Paul at beaumont storage and uhaul is the most incompetent, immature, and hostile customer ssrvixe person in the history of uhaul and any other business for that matter, im not sure who decided he would be a good fit to replace the awesome and hard working management of the past(dennis and nola), but they must be watching from a long ways away. TERRIBLE DECISION. I cant be too ultra upset with the new office and maint people because they were literally in their first week onsite when putting together my storage and uhaul deals but they took forever and fd up at pretty much every step amd had zeeo authority to handle anything i needed in the first days of my interacting with them. Website still advertising free moving truck with unit rental which was immediately declined as the new policy doesn't allow for it, of course that was only clarified affer the storage was rented ans funded, half off first 3 mo all of a sudden becomes half off for 1 month. Ths new gate hours are ridiculous and entirely useless to anyone who works a day shift and wants to get into the storage after work. These jackasses put a lock on my unit because i left a drill press,mini fridge and a generator outside of my unit pushed up against the door amd got oil on their pretty grey concrete from a truck that belonged to a guy i hired to help move and pack the unit.. Out of my control. And instead of just pushing those things into the unit which still had plenty of space available in it they moved it into a second unit on the other side of the lot and screamed and yelled at me that i blocked up the driveway past the unit(UNTRUE) and that i was now automatically responsible to pay both units. All of thiis while im attempting to move from a place i lived for nearly 10 years using the biggest piece of s#&$ truck u haul has in their entire fleet. Came equipped with an empty moving pad bag and an empty appliance dolly space in fhe box area. The most difficult and poorly maintained ramp ive ever seen on a uhaul, tons of exterior damages not listed on the contract or marked with the little stickers they use, exhaust leakage that was so damn loud and filled the cab with fumes, a battery i had to jumpstart ever single time i drove it. 5 qts low on oil, all the tire only inflated to half of the recommended pressure, a driver side step that was held on with one bolt instead of 4 and was so loose that in the first 24 hrs of use it fell off and crashed me into the lower door frame costing me 3 teeth and a ton of embarrassment and crickets when i complained also no other truck to replace it with. Then amonst all the tension paul decides to block me being able to access my paid unit while i have a ful truck to add to the unit and says i cannot store with them anymore and leaves me with a full truck of stuff i have no place to empty but demands i turn in the truck immediately and when i refuse he calls it in stolen and tells the police he hasnt been able to reach me even though we have had multiple screaming matches initiated by him in front of his business including the day before i am arrested and charged wirh embezzlement and possession of a stolen vehicle and the truck is towed by the police STILL FILLED WITH MY BELONGINGS FROM THE FINAL LOAD. that i have yet to recover and still cant store but expects the absolutely outrageous bill to be settled withour question. ABSOLUTRLY UNBELIVEABLE, SO UNPROFESSIONAL,JUST ABHORRENT CONDUCT ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY. Please review this experience ive had very closely and make it right asap, i will be looking forward to hearing something from an upper mgmt rep very soon.

Gail F.I wasn't told to fill the tank but I did anyway. Was I supposed to and if not am I credited the money? Also, retrieving the truck was a pain. I didn't not realize that if I was a little late I would not be able to access my truck. It was 40 degrees and it took me over 30 mins to get my key.

Donna C.Nothing, I think the experience was excellent. Being able to checkin on line, provide your drivers information etc. prior to arriving speeds up the process.The gentleman who greets you is friendly with great customer service. If I need another uhaul, this is where I would go.
