They charge me extra fees that I don’t know where they come from and try to call them back to get answers and never answer the phone , it look like the scam with the prices , they tell u the regular rate fee and then they charge extra for nothing , I already repot it to my bank , the rate suppose to be 49$ for the truck and 1,19 a mile then they charge me this plus 99$ rental charge don’t know where they coming from try to call them ten times never answered
JUAN VWhen I rented the vehicle it was not clean and half tank of fuel. My question…if it was turned in with less than an half of tank of fuel was the last person charged? If so, why wasn't it full? I feel U-Haul profited in the charge of fuel and we had to spend $$ to begin our move. There was a substantial shaking in the front end on the highway not sure if it was alignment or tire issue. It was a long trip due to the shaking. Overall not sure the place I picked it up from was very confident in renting to me due to the language barrier.

Natheenashane SImprove the website to bring uhaul back...couldnt upload pictures so i had to take pictures showing what time i got there and gas and miles i used so i wouldnt get charged extra....and they never told me my price
