They added charges I directly declined, and lied about it too, even though I had photos.

bill mThis wasn't the location that I made the reservation for. It was 12 miles from my house. So add 24 miles to my allotted mileage, and I'm over mileage. Also, I ordered 12 furniture blankets, they had Zero. The young girl behind the counter lied to me about giving me a military discount. Said I needed to call customer service. When I made the reservation, they told me it was up to the individual places. What a great way to treat a disabled retired Sailor! They are a disgrace to your company in a military town! I don't even know why I'm writing this because I know nobody reads these.

Adam CI reserved a truck, moving pads/blankets, and an appliance dolly to be picked up after hours on Friday. The blankets and dolly were not in the truck. I went back Saturday morning when they were open to get these much needed items, and was told in a nonchalant tone that "we don't have those things. We're not U-Haul, we're just a third party." When I asked why I was allowed to reserve them if they didn't have them, the reply was "That's the U-Haul website; we have nothing to do with that." This certainly made my move more difficult and resulted in unnecessary damage to my furniture and appliances. Very disappointing U-Haul. Makes me regret going out of my way to buy U-Haul boxes and other supplies leading up to this move. Thanks for asking.

Charles Kwebsite says they open at 9. sign on the door says 9. We were there at 9:15, nobody home. called the number, got generic message and answer machine. left key in drop box. finally got phone acknowledgement around 2:30 that afternoon. not reassuring when im liable for $15k truck.

Rontel P1st reservation, went to p/u trailer at 4:30 no one around, backed up to the trailer and was told they were closed and couldn't get a trailer. Went to U-Haul on Reilly for service. 2nd reservation, employ takes a 2-hour lunch and leaves office, with several customers waiting. Finally opens and attempts to work around texting on her phone. Tells me to wait outside, after 10-minutes I go back and ask if she's coming and of course she's texting. She comes out and doesn't know which of the two trailers in mine, so I look on the paperwork. She can't help put the 6x12 trailer on and the owner's son was in the office just hanging out. Seems if the owner's son could cover down during her 2-hour lunch break and help customers with trailers without being asked, things would operate more smoothly. Terrible service and work ethic.

Mack LThis location was unable to find my reservation and check me in after an "error" on the computer. And didn't offer further assistance to figure it out. Then when I finally got the key code to the box, there were no keys in it. So when I went inside to ask, she had to call someone and search around for the key.

Nicholas MTruck was not available at my original location. When I was re-reserved at the next location, they made it a in town reservation instead of one way without informing me. I did not discover this until I got to my destination. The online check-in worked poorly and the truck I received had a lot of damage including the bumper hanging off.
Jill MMy problem with UHAUL is not with the individual locations but with the larger organization. I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at one spot and discovered the night before that I had to go an hour away to another location to get it. When I called customer service they first claimed I had been contacted. When I questioned further, their management claimed I was to be called soon and notified. Terrible service at corporate. Fine support at location.

Cody MI have not had a problem with U-Haul in the past because I have always done my requests in person and from the same location. This time I did it on line and diff. location. NONE of my add on were applied and I had to go to a totally different location to pick up the truck as well as a 3rd location for my add on's. ONLINE requests need to be met and applied when reserving equipment

Chayla SI was charged 58,08 for the uhaul then 72 more dollars in which I was suppose to be refunded 58,08 and it's not in my account yet. I need to speak with a supervisor asap.

DEREICK LI don't think it was the girls fault but in their system it was going to cost over 200 bucks. While in store I did the online registration and it only cost me 129... that is a huge difference.. if I would not have done research before going I would have blindly paid that however I went with uhaul because of the price and the fact of where I was traveling too..
Jessica ABetter staffing. Even after calling to confirm our reservation, no one was on site at 10am. Couldn't get a response to calls to numbers provided. Had to go to the next nearest Uhaul location where the manager was kind enough to call the district manager. Apparently his call wasn't ignored, and was able to return and pick up our rental.
