I reserved my Uhaul truck for a cross country move about 6 weeks prior to me needing the truck. I reserved the truck to pick up at 830 am at a certain location. When it was time for me to check in and pick up my truck. The truck was at a different location and at a business that did not open until 10 am!! When I am on a tight moving schedule, this irritated me. Then I had to go through the self serve and use customer service as the "self help" did not pick up my location (yes, I updated my phone). After I finally got the keys to the truck, the additional equipment that I ordered was NOT in the truck! I then had to run around and pick up the dolly and blankets at another location burning MY valued time and gas in the truck. Moving is already stressful. Reservations are done and yet I had more work to do!
mary calmusAcknowledge every guest that walks in. I stood there for about 10 minutes, while the agent was helping another customer. Maintain trucks. This truck was in dire need of maintenance. The steering wheel was so off center that I couldn't even see the speedometer while driving. The truck did not shift and revved up to high RPMs before shifting. I don't feel like that truck should be on the roads!
Patty EversonThe customer service was excellent, the equipment was horrendous. The trailer was barely usable. The straps were so rusted that they continously came undone throughout my trip and ended up damaging my car.
Jeffrey PrzybyloOur truck was dirty, broken windshield wiper and a blow out on the freeway. Roadside mechanic said it looked like they put the front tire on the back and it was not properly balanced/rotated. We could have been killed!

Gregory GieskeLocation was fine the app and overall worst experience ever. Took us over an hour just to get the code for the key. Uploaded everything the day before just so I didn't have issues and we did. I would suggest doing better in you app so it user friendly. With all the issues we had just to pick this up took us over an hour. I had it set up for 730 because I had to be somewhere by 830 missed that appointment because of your app not impressed.

DAN PROPSTNothing you guys are awesome first time using one I paid 67 sum w the insurance and 30 miles plus it’s dead center of Sioux Falls basically and the guy in there was very respectful I forgot his name but he knew it was my first time and I told him and he took that very well and I was walked through each step, use this place!
austin richardsI complained to UHaul corporate they heard my complaint and refunded me quite a hefty amount 350.00. So for the independent dealer he gets an F and should be shot with cat stink. But corporate made it good and that's what really counts they get A+

Gregory RoggenthenParking lot was small and busy so it was difficult to attempt to back the trailer into a parking spot. Luckily a worker noticed that we were attempting to return the trailer and he came out and assisted and was a great help.
Reece DetersWe rented a trailer and they did not provide tail light wiring for it. They wanted us to purchase the tail light wiring for $18. We asked why they didn't provide the wiring and they could not give us a reason. We went down the street to walmart and purchased the witing for only $9. To me this is very poop unsatisfactory customer service.

Dan GregoireI requested a 26' on line a week prior only to stand in line for 30 mins prior to my appointment to pickup. Once I was helped I was told that the truck I needed was down and so he had to call a different location and get a 10' truck instead which means I had to make several trips and took up soo much more time.

Went to the location to drop off couldn't find the location, couldn't reach Nick's Garage said to leave a message or text. Sent a text and still today NO RESPONSE. Would not recommend this location for U-Haul drop off or pick up location.
