VICTOR GThe truck was dirty, and out of maintenance, specifically breaks maintenance. I called the previous Friday by noon to do the reservation (which was other store). When I got to the store which address is 1050 N Flagler Ave at Homestead, they told me that they didn't had any truck available, when I did my reservation with anticipation. After that, they gave send me to the other store to pick up another truck right there. If they work like that, I don't understand what's the point to make a reservation..
Joel Pnight and day from pickup location - sad part is I'm not paying to clean up a rental truck that was dirty from pickup, they were understanding , but we know the burden falls on them to do someone elses job ( IE the pickup location personell should have preped the vehicle for the next customer )

Fernandez TMy whole experience with U haul was poor.. after having to go to this location because my first location was closed this store did not know anything that was going on. The main guy working here was arguing with a cust and quit on the spot. Now I had to wait 1 hr to get my trailer. After I get my trailer I and left I get a call 45 min later to come back to the store as they need to re check my connection and take some pictures.. are you serious? I was threatened by the girl on the on the phone that I will be liable for the trailer as if this was my fault. The trailer lights stopped working at some point of the rental. Poor maintenance. I will not recommend this location and uhaul to anyone after my 1st experience .
Javier TI basically dropped the trailer off at a swamp. The area where they keep the trailers looks like the actual everglades. Massive puddle in the middle of the lot.
Johnathan RI was issued a contract with 5/8 of gas and I see only 4/8 (half tank) I notified the attendant and again reminded at the return about the short 1/8 of fuel. He said that you we're aware, but you still charged me for the missing fuel. Why do I need to see those details that you pretend to ignore ? It just does not look right, when other details are never ignored. Please refund and notify me by text 786-597 1242

Tonia HLady at check in did not give receipt for turn-in of vehicles (truck and trailer). It appeared as she was only one working the convenience store that she was maxed out helping the many convenience store customers and could not check-in the vehicles. I departed with no receipt as I had already wasted 30+ minutes waiting and needed to go to a scheduled business meeting. Two days later I get a $212,4 charge on Credit Card. Upon getting the charge notification, I went to the location and no one there could resolve the unexplained charges. They said I needed to wait until the lady who handles the Uhaul business was back to work! Thus, I still am waiting for an explanation!
Ken AWhen equipment was picked up we were given a drop off option on 92nd and Krome Ave In Miami. This location is a farm that has a UHaul sign and Key drop off box but it has a chained locked gate with no way to get in, no one was there, and no way to get in. We were left with the inconvenience to find another drop off location on our own, and having to wait for a return call from UHaul. By the time we got the call back we had already figured it out.
xiomara rHuge lack of responsibility on behalf of location. Uhaul truck should have failed inspection due to worn out front tires. We had one of our front wheels blow out during our trip. Roadside assistance ended up replacing both and recommended we NEVER use this location again. Our truck was fully loaded and a serious accident could have taken place.
Javier LThe trailer tongue wouldn't properly secure onto my hitch. It was extremely loose. I had to buy concrete bags to apply weights. It's not the location fault for the trailer issue. It just need to be serviced

Olenka SLocation was okay. Got the trailer hitched up only to find out that it he didn't lock the trailer to the ball. I drove the car up on the trailer and it came off the ball. He was standing outside and didn't bother to assist.

Eric GThe area they use to rent the vehicles is a dumping area for open case of drinks food etc. Not very proffesional. The truck was dirty and obviously not sanitized inside. It also had a warning about the tires.
