Bellflower U-Haul staff is a pleasure to do business with start to finish. My pickup truck was only put to the test for 28 miles this time but even if I did 100 more I know I'd be feeling just as secure all the way and today really proved how professional the Bellflower team is start to finish! PHYLLIS EFor starters you're employees should never hang up on there customers that's #1 #2 they shouldn't be rude and judgemental towards there customers after having the police called while I was sleeping them impounding it and you guys letting it sit from the 9th when you where notified and your facility is literally 2 business's away from impound yard and didn't pick up until the 14 so you can charge my card that's absolutely horrible.
DONJA AThe staff were not wearing masks inside the office. The man helping us was new so it took him a while (45 mins) to get all the paperwork complete as the woman helping him was occupied with other things. Also the van we rented was dirty and this was acknowledged by the person who walked us to it.
