Samantha W.We've rented twice from this location. I think they are great. This just happened to be one of those days where both trucks she put us in had issues. She did her best to accommodate us and resolve the issues. She offered us an upgrade at no charge. She's aware and we are happy with the service we received. I have and will continue to recommend this location on Bemiss. We appreciate the follow up call this morning. The first time we rented we had zero problems. So this I believe was just a fluke. Everyone else that reserved that morning was checked in and rolled out quickly. Great customer service!

She was late getting to the site which opened at nine, She didn't get there to 9:10 am Customers have to stand outside and do their transactions , The business is near a well-traveled highway. So it's hard to hear what she was saying. When asked why we had to stand outside to complete the transaction she stated that she was attacked by customers before, and no one was allowed in. She also stated : that if I didn't like it. I could take my business someplace else. This location I will not do business with again, And I will be doing a review on facebook and other media outlets about this location. Merci
larry C.took 30 minutes for your app to work picking up the truck. gave up on the app working when returning the truck, so i left it. i'm sure i was overcharged, but i'm done and i won't make the mistake of using uhaul ever again!
KEITH P.I chose to check in with the location it automatically changed to self check in. I rented during their open hours they should be available to check me in and not make me do all of the work for the amount I paid to rent.
Brittany G.I was there at 9:30 and tried to check in using my Uhaul app. It did not send me the code to open the box to get my key. I was the first one there. When the Manager got there I tried to tell her what was going on and I was dismissed. She said she had no reservation for me and to call Uhaul. So I did. During my conversation with Uhaul, she states I think O know what has happened. If she had listened to me she would have already know. I just do not like being dismissed that way, if she had listened to me she would have known what the problem was.

Michael B.In store hours weren't great. The truck was old and warn inside. I used the app to check-out and it glitched causing me to be on hold with U-Haul for 30-45 minutes prior to getting the truck. Once I had keys the rainstorm had set in (the one I had hoped to avoid by checking in earlier) making it difficult to finalize the online check in with rain poring down. Not my best U-Haul experience, hopefully next time is better!

Robert C.My location was moved a day before the move to a location I specifically don't use because of the poor reception in phones. It's almost impossible to check out your truck using ride share because of the signal. As expected it took me 1,5 hours on the phone to checkout my U-Haul because while doing it online the service dropped and U-Haul said I had already checked t out so I needed to call in and get the key box code. I do not like this location and ride share shouldn't be offered here.

Aakash P.The drop off site looked like a junkyard the the posted instructions were poor. I had trouble using the UHaul app which did not load. A passing stranger helped me out and I finally found the correct website and locally posted info. The drop off site may want to clearly mark their BARCODE. The second time I dropped off in Valdosta, I made sure to use a different site.

Jayson W.I originally scheduled to drop off at another location and when I went to drop off a little after 3. They had a sign saying they would return at 4. Well I have it gased up, and wasn't about to wait 45 min to drop off. I ended up calling this other location and she said she would be able to take it. She made the whole drop off process super easy. I will definitely drop off with her again next month when we rent another U-Haul.

RUBEN R.The owner of this uhaul location or whom ever they had working was very rude. When I arrived there was an issue with the keys and I had to go back up and get the correct key and there was nothing but attitude from her. It was not my fault she gave me the wrong key.
Mackenzie M.It would be very helpful to not have the drop-off location changed without my knowledge. I received no prior notification of the change from the place I selected until we were already at the original site. When I accessed the after-hours drop-off, I was told to go to this place over 20 minutes away. Customer service was rude and unhelpful and this made me seriously consider getting another uHaul again in the future just because of the extra fees and major inconvenience we would have faced if we stayed at the location we originally chose to drop off the vehicle.

When I called I told the customer service representative that I couldn't use the link because I wasn't there my husband was and it wanted to share my location. He was supposed to put it in the notes that we returned it on time but I was still charged.
