I would rate this experience lower than "poor" if it were an option. The entire process was a disaster from start to finish. Upon pickup, the truck was filthy, requiring me to wipe down the interior before using it. Furthermore, the digital platforms are incredibly cumbersome and unreliable; both the app and the website failed completely during my after-hours return, leaving me no choice but to return the key the following morning. When I sought assistance, the on-site customer service rep. refused to take any accountability and repeatedly referred me to corporate customer service for local issues. To top it off, they acutally blamed me for losing a future customer because the key wasn't returned on time! I also had the luxury of dealing with a U-Haul corporate rep. that happened to be onsite and he tried charging me for an additonal day for a delay caused entirely by U-Haul's own technical issues. I could go on and on. Between the initial runaround with obtaining the rental in the first place (via the app), and the broken return process, I wasted more time dealing with customer service and their logistical failures than actually using the truck. I will never use U-Haul again, and I highly advise avoiding this specific location.

I could not not down load the apps. And I was charged 100.00 for the uhal when i was told it would be 79.00. So where did the 21 dollars extra come for charged
