The experience was not great due to receiving a confirmation for a truck weeks prior to my move. The day before picking up the truck, I called and told me there was not a truck at the pickup location. The closets truck the correct size was an hour away. This was extremely frustrating and forced us to change our moving plan. I hope others do not have to experience such a setback and hope that U Haul can learn to reach out to their customers in advance to give them adequate notice. Due to this, I will be using Budget going forward for all of my moving needs.
