Gary CThe truck was clean and the employees were nice. The truck we got that said "gentle-ride" was far from it. The truck was so shaky that it literally unscrewed all the bolts on my coffee table. Nothing broke and I was able to reassemble but it was unnerving and upsetting to find.
Hailey LVery rude, Very unprofessional, they speak in a condescending manner and are argumentative. Stated the days I needed a trailer, I wanted to purchase an extra rental day just in case I wouldn't be able to return it in time, instead I was told " you can return it in the morning and you won't be charged a late fee" instead I received a phone call being threatened with a $130 fee if I wasn't there when they opens in 15mins (I live 30mins away) when I went to speak with them in person, I was told I wouldn't be charged a late fee, but when I asked for a receipt, they refused to give me one stating "I would get one via email" instead, when I got home I received a notification that I was charged an extra $130! This location will purposely talk you into getting less days so they can charge you more, beware of this scam! they will get aggressive if you call them out on it.

Kyle MI was over charged when I returned the truck. They said I didn't put the gas back in the truck. When I called and told the guy I had a picture of the dash. He was acting like I was lying. Then he asked me if I was ok or if I had mental issues. I would like a district manager to call me. I will never rent another U-Haul if this is what y'all do. Call me at 479-402-0943

Heather YI rented a trailer from your location, went straight to my home to load it. We got it up and the tongue of the trailer popped off my ball and did severe damage to my truck. We had to carefully lower it to get it back on the ball. I called and opened a claim to only being told the trailer is fine. I emailed the claims person back and he never replied. I told him the following Your company secured it and never unloaded the trailer Your company took pictures of before and after proving it was done No one touched hitch or receiver Brand new head It was loading a vehicle that popped it off and was a defect of this trailer. Not just connecting to a hitch. How can this be an issue of mine? Now I was longtime Uhaul customer, but will never use your company again. This damage is several thousands of dollars to fix on a 2018 Chevy Silverado worth over 35k. I never been more insulted in my life. I will never recommend your company for anything including boxes.

Marybeth REquipment was very dirty. Old food, spilled drinks, and mold was in the truck. Back of the truck and trailer was not clean either.

ANDREW MAssociates at this location were super professional and friendly. Although I walked in without a reservation I was able to get a trailer within 5 minutes and the manager hooked up the unit to my car and I was out within 10 minutes. His professionalism was super appreciated.
richard bI've driven several of your big uhaul trucks in the past, but this one was a miserable experience. At speeds 20-40 it has a tremendous bucking. We first thought the tires had flat spots from sitting. After over 100 miles it was just as bad as in the beginning. Bad thing is the pickup was just 2 miles from uhaul so we were still thinking it would smooth out and loaded the truck. No suck luck. When we reported it to the attendant upon return he shrugged us off like we didn't understand the nature of the truck. Very frustrating...
Jeff KThere is nothing convenient about the after-hours self-return process using Uhaul's 'web app.' There was no information provided prior to drop off (either onsite or in Uhaul communications) that indicates all aspects of the web form must be completed while onsite and standing next to the truck. We were in a time crunch dropping off around 7 PM, so I took a few photos of the truck that I thought would be needed, dropped the keys in the box, and left. The web app requires your location and if you aren't onsite, it will not allow you to finish the process. So I went back to the truck a couple of hours later so that the web app would load properly, but then it wouldn't allow me to upload the photos I had dutifully taken of the odometer and vehicle interior because they were 'not recent' photos. The odometer reading and vehicle condition will of course be independently verified when staff move the truck the following morning and prior to the next rental, so this is an unnecessary restriction. Uhaul charges $20 for after-hour returns if their staff have to handle the process the next day, but that fee is waived if you use the web app or do the return in person. Not sure how doing the return in person is less of an inconvenience for the staff such that the fee gets waived, but those are the 'rules'. I've never been required to jump through so many hoops for after hour car rentals, much less get charged an additional fee for staff to do a job that's otherwise included in the normal rental rate. The app and process seems intentionally designed to trip people up so that Uhaul can have an extra excuse to nickel and dime customers. Won't be using Uhaul again.
Paul KThe manager, Harley was exceptional. Well mannered, polite and very efficient. I believe the location is called U Store and is an independent UHaul agent. Whoever the owner is, he/she is darn lucky to have Harley as a site manager.

Anand ROn their behalf, I was sent to them (30 minutes away) from the UHaul I reserved at (5 minutes away). It's not an active UHaul facility - it's 2 guys sitting behind a desk. Not very personable nor communicative. Not at all customer friendly - it's all about doing it their way. I hope to never use Uhaul again . . . not just these guys but the whole experience.

Gordon LHarley the manager was very helpful. Somehow the destination drop off location was changed from what was on the contract, which meant I needed to go across town for my drop off. Harley took it upon himself to call the Uhaul office and managed to get it corrected. This really helped me out as I was short for time.

Sai KThere was a complication with coordinating the truck for this move. The staff recognized the issue, responded immediately, and then took positive action to mitigate the complication. Although this was not a smooth Rental situation, the staff at this uhaul location handled the matter in a customer friendly manner and made an extra effort. In my mind, they recovered well from an inconvenient circumstance.
