George SWe dropped the truck off after business hours and the app check-in was very user friendly. However, I was required to leave my contract in the afterhours drop box with key or be subject to an additional fee. I had no way of producing a copy of the contract that I was provided upon picking up the truck.

Amy LI have rented from Mr. Berry maybe 10 times. He is professional and very kind. No U-Haul can compare to him.
Stuart PMr. Berry accepted the trailer even though he had requested U-Haul to reroute us and return it to another location. U-Haul accomodated our request to return the trailer to his location. He had too many trailers.

Kent MTruck was great for what we needed. This location should not offer mobile pickup. The owner Barry, saw me trying to connect with the app and said " that wont work theres no service here". It took me 30-45 minutes to connect.

He went out and came back in within 2 minutes, went to computer and pulled up my contract, gave me my receipt, we went out, he backed up my truck to trailer drop off spot, and unhooked trailer, done! Very pleasant, again knowledgeable, seamless transaction! Great experience.

Donald ACould not find a key drop off and was literally behind U-Haul dollies that sit out all night and no sign telling you where the key drop off was and the hours on their door said closed Sunday and they were closed when we dropped truck off Saturday evening late and couldn't find the key drop behind the dolloes so we took the key to be safe and not held responsible for someone else damaging or stealing the truck because like I said the sign on door was closed Sundays and open Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm so my mother took the key and was going to bring it back Monday morning when they opened at 8:00 but I was called Sunday even though their hours said closed then again Monday morning at 7:30 and the owner had attitude and said he needed the key there half hour before their hours of business. Was not a good experience and I know the owner but will never do business with him again because his attitude is so poor and hours of operation posted clearly stated not open til 8:00 am and he acted like we had done something wrong for being responsible enough to not leave key in truck or having it there 30 min before they open or even the day before Sunday when they clealy said they were closed. Very poor actually and will always carry any future rentals to to powels point U-Haul not manteo again.
Samuel GU-haul needs to up date there site for this location that there is inventory at this location. It says that there was not much in inventory and there was when I called Barry's Automotive !

MICHAELDEWAYNE CMobile data service is poor at this location. Could not complete mobile check-in/pickup. Give customers some warning so they don't choose a pickup time outside of business hours.
