When I called about a rental, the gentleman I spoke with answered all of my question and informed me about Uhaul's 24/7 option, that was available thru the App. The 24/7 Uhaul App was a better option for me, so I download the app and placed my order. However, upon arrival the following morning, I discovered the app was now working. Fortunately, the gentleman I had spoke with on the Phone was there, (I don't recall his name, but I believe he's the owner of Best Auto Body) he apologized about the inconvenience and helped me personally, with the rental. I was all set and on my way in minutes! Thank you Uhaul, for making your vehicles available at quality businesses, such as, "Best Auto Body" in Mission Hills, CA., they were extremely friendly and customer service oriented! At first the first place cancel on me so they gave me a place way further away. I canceled then the next day went online and found a place right down the street from my place. The place was easy to get in. Set up. Drive off.

Upon arrival, manager said we couldn't park there due to truck being too large. I parked on the street directly across the shop and dropped the keys off into the key box. Manager wasn't very accommodating.

It took me 3x to find the location. It should have big sign visible to customers will be dropping off late at night and it should have lights outside

I just dropped off the u-haul and let the owner know it was there.

The young man that took our rental back was very polite, quick and efficient. Excellent customer service.

The truck was not at the location at the scheduled time, 8AM. I was sent to another location, that didn't open until an hour later, 9AM. Besides this, the check-in process was also very unprofessional, as the person didn't check any of the truck details himself. The additional items I ordered either weren't in the truck or not at the location at all. I had to double check myself that the dolly was there, as the person renting gave me the keys and said it was ready without checking. There weren't any bungee chords at all as I requested, and when I asked for them, the person did not know what a bungee chord was. On top of this, the truck had an empty gas tank. I was already running late for losing an hour, and now I had to fill up the truck. On top of all this, I had the truck scheduled for an 8PM return, and the 2nd location closed at 1PM. I had to settle by returning the truck to the first location by 5PM. I started the day late, spent 70 dollars on gas, and dealt with someone who I had to supervise to ensure he did his job right for his lack of knowledge & professionalism. This was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul, and frankly, I'm going to check other options next time around & tell my story my circle.

The person who helped me out was fine. Your computer system made me wait an hour before I could even check out the vehicle. Then when I tried to drop off the vehicle it took forever
