REUBEN H.I am unlikely to use U-Haul again. I rented a truck online for an all day move on a Saturday, and the rental was confirmed by text message. Iwas subsequently contacted by the franchise owner and told that they wouldn't be open until 11:30 Saturday. I contacted U-Haul and they made another/different reservation. Saturday morning I drove to the U-Haul business, and was advised that the truck I had rented was not there - the previous customer had failed to return it. At the least, I would have expected a telephone call to save me a wasted trip. There are too many rental outfits out there, to put up with abysmal customer service.

Fowler S.Just to get a physical, paper “receipt†for the rental equipment (truck, in our case) when dropped off. The worker, very nice & polite, merely, vocally verified we had replaced the gas to what was in it at pick up, thanked us and hopped in, leaving the property as we were doing the same. Would have preferred a sign off of responsibility, had something happened.

MICHAEL A.I almost gave up. Drove to address, and the gate was closed. I did not see a place to drop off key. Fortunately, my wife drove around and found the gate to use. Return process was smooth after that, but the app is confusing. It is me I had to sign I and was doing a captcha this g. I tried to exit and then I was in.

Truck was dirty, items left in it from a previous person not very happy and would not get another truck from this location
