The truck was clean and acceptable. Ran pretty rough and transmission shifter very harsh. Very happy with the staff at this location though.
Nolan VThis location was great but your corporate customer service was horrible. Corporate tried to change the pick up location and insisted they could not alter that. Only after 40 minutes of getting transferred around did they reach the conclusion that the original pick up site could be used. I wasted a good hour trying to get this done calling, re-calling, waiting in queue only to end up where I had started out It nearly caused me to cancel the whole arrangement

CYNTHIA SThe online/app check in was awful! Had to refresh often and then had to call for help. Wait time was 30 minutes! Didn't even offer to extend my time to use the truck since it took me an hour to get in it. Return back was just as bad, having issues with the app and checking back in. I ended up just giving the key to the counter person, he was nice and understanding.

Allen BThere was a little confusion when I arraigned the rental, but it was quickly cleared up. The trailer had not been used for a while and had some green mold around the door seals and the prop rod for the front hatch was very crooked. Before using it I straightened the rod and power washed the trailer inside and out. It pulled like a dream and tracked very well. We took it from Illinois to Rocky Mountain National Park and Garden of the the Gods in Colorado. I would rent it again. The manager mentioned that they may discontinue the Sport Trailer. I would guess they do not get rented as often as others. Should U-Haul ever decide to sell them, I would be interested to know how much you would be asking for one. It's agreat little trailer that garnered several comments on our trip.
Clark SI do not like my experience at this particular location. I've rented a U-Haul multiple times and NEVER has a one way trip cost more than a round trip. I've moved from Janesville Wisconsin to Rockford Illinois which was a 1 way trip mind you I picked the truck up in Beloit at the Cranston road location then went to Janesville and Rockford and paid around 70$ and a 1 way from South Beloit to Rockford they tried to charge me 110$ not including insurance or anything, safe to say I WILL NOT use this location again.

james fThere was dirt in the front of the trailer. I forgot my hitch pin so had to go buy a new one. It would have been nice to be able to buy one there. The attendants were very nice and helpful.
REX LChain broke while transporting my vehicle and then in the same trip on I-65 the drivers taillight came off the trailer.. overall a bad trip. These trailers need to be checked more often!
Jason KMy issue is not with the location. Issue I had was the U-Haul self pick up service not working correctly. Location did all they could to help.
Crichton CI reserved the truck for 10am and didn't leave the location with the truck until almost noon. The lady behind the counter said it was due to their computer being slow or the uhaul website was slow and that it was loading. Then I got charged $22 in fuel even though I filled it up to where it was when I got the truck. I never got any paperwork either stating how much fuel I needed either. I will not be using this location for a uhaul again. Because of that 2 hour delay I didn't get done moving until midnight.

Tina-Marie LAcct rep had issues getting contract finished even though unit was preregistered to go. It took 30-40 minutes to get going. Otherwise the unit was in clean shape and ready, allowing us to get our move completed. Merci!

CARL BThe tie down ratchets were horrible rusty spent over an hour getting them to work. Had to go buy some wd-40 and work them to get to work at all. Other then that the place was great. Service was great.
Don SWorker didn't know how to rent a trailer had to call another location and have them do the paperwork. The kid couldn't get me a receipt, contract to sign, or even the total amount I was going to be charged. Took over an hour for them to figure out how to rent it.

However if you're using the online pick up allow yourself extra time the verification process takes a while to complete. Had I known that I would've just waited till the location open to pick up my vehicle. It would be nice if you could do the verification ahead of time and then just have to check out the vehicle when you pick it up.
William WGet the app to work. You tell people to use the app the it doesn't work. Cost me 2 hrs labor for 4 guys because my truck wasn't ready. And then it's a POS that has 185000 miles on it and barley accelerates . Will never recommend

Chuck LNo-contact is a joke. The app didn't work. Took 2 hrs to pick up the truck, and the customer service flat out told me they couldn't help me. NO ONE CARRIES A PASSPORT TO PICK UP A RENTAL. I will never rent from UHaul again
