JOSE QI had requested for furniture dollies and covers, but as this location wasn't a main U-Haul location, they didn't have those available. That was the only disappointing thing! Naturally, they didn't charge me for them, but it would've been nice to know that it wasn't guaranteed that we'd have access to those.
JOHN KI did the check in by phone option and it was very easy to follow. It is tedious, and does take some time. You do have to take pictures upload your driver's license, things like that. When you drop it off you have the option to take pictures again if you want to to prove that you did not do any new damage to the truck if there was some to begin with. I would most definitely rent from this location again. Give yourself some extra time before or after pick up to go through the vintage shop. Out of all the rental services I have used in the past this by far has been the easiest.

MICHAEL PConsidering the premises layout, it's fine. Rental agent was courteous & helpful. I rented the 15ft truck, 1st step is extremely high. Really needs an inexpensive step-loop below.

DOMINGO DMy pickup was suppose to be in south Beloit, IL then moved to Janesville, WI. Showed up to the location and mobile pickup that I ordered had not been set up. I was told by dispatch I will have to wait the 3 hours till the place opened. Mileage was not compensated for the extra travel and nothing for the loss of time. This was my worst experience with UHaul.

Courtney JThe truck was very old, the engine ticked a lot and sounded kind of bad and got horrendous fuel economy. The web app wouldn't let me upload a picture (no button showed) so I followed the instructions but the location didn't check my rental in until Monday (returned Friday) and kept trying to charge my card each day. This was a frustrating experience.
