Rental was not ready at the time promissed. You confirmed pick up at 8:30am then 2 hrs later it wasgoinv to be 10am. The day before pick up. It doesnt sound like a lot Iof time but it threw off my schedule. I reserved a month in advan e. It was also more expensive than it needed to be
ji rimPicking up the truck added more stress to moving day. Long wait for approval. When contact didn't pick up, the agent closed the process. Nice lady at the business was able to help. Drove less than 10 miles and didn't use a noticeable amount of gas. Got charged $25 for it. Great local business. U-Haul on the other hand was not.
Daniel SotoUsing the uhaul app when you have to return your rental vehicle after hours is very inconvenient. The app doesnt direct you to the place to do the return sign in. It would be much simpler to put a QR code on your check out document that links you to the return document page to fill out.

Marilyn SantanaWork on the Uhaul app. It's terrible! I couldn't return the trailer using the app because is kept "loading location." I also used live chat and although the person was trying to be helpful nothing could be done because the app sucks. Everything else was great.

Beverly RorieI reserved a trailer 3 weeks ahead of the pick up dated which was confirmed for Chino Hills. Two days before pick up I was called and informed I'd have to pick it up 10 miles further away. I was then told I'd have to pick it up over 20 miles away and then a third time 15 miles away. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. The customer service sucks. I'll go as far as renting a Penske truck before I rent so much as a small trailer from U-haul. I will also search out any online place to post bad reviews for your company. You charge me $800 for having the trailer two days and you can't even make sure it's at the proper pick up location. Shameful

Benjamin RobbinsWould not recommend this place. Placed online reservation for moving truck and appliance dolly. Reservation was confirmed. Went to pick up truck and dolly and was told they only had the truck. At first they didn't even offer to call another location to see if they could get one. They asked if I still wanted the truck rental (only caring about the rental money) I had no choice since we needed the truck that day. They saw I was upset that not I would have to physically carry anything I was planning to move now. Now they decide to call another local uhaul (Ben's) for a appliance dolly which they had but I had to go there myself and get it but they said I could just return the dolly to them with truck when done and they would return dolly back to Ben's. I go puck up dolly and Ben's tells me I have to bring it back to them or I would be charged $114 for the dolly. I told them Best Outdoor Power Inland would return ot for me and they told me no I have to or they will charge me they don't to things that way. Horrible customer service between the 2 locations. Go somewhere else
Michael TorresI received no valid assistance with replacing this unit with another. The unit was defective and the destination I was prompted to go to was closed by the time I got there to swap out a new unit, however nothing was explained to me over the phone, road side assistance was of no help, I had to call back several yes and was on the phone for a better part of 2 hours trying to make arrangements to swap out the defective trailer, I was transferred to the wrong department or area several times in the process. The whole overall experience was a disappointment as well as a complete road safety hazzard.

David GarciaDrop off location in Paso Robles had an unkept and poorly lit driveway. Due to the large ruts in the dirt path I damaged the undercarriage of my motor home while exiting the business, Also, the website to upload pictures if they drop off was difficult to use and the instructions were not applicable.

DeRain HortonI was disappointed because my original location had my rental truck something wrong with it. I had to go to a this location to retrieve it. Other than that inconvenience, everything was good.
Conrad SarcenoThe location was closed so there was no one there to check us out. Luckily I was there with my phone so I could check out online. It was not clear where to park the vehicle so we parked it near another Uhaul truck. It was also not clear where the key drop off could be until a neighboring business pointed out the key lock box. It was a very frustrating experience.
