I understand emergencies come up therefore we were forced to use the app, but the process took way more time than it should and we were not made aware so we lost moving time as well as they did not provide the equipment we asked for. Truck was almost running on empty as well so we had to stop near an expensive gas station to fill up before reaching any destination so the whole experience was very disappointing this go around.
