Julio DI filled the gas beyond what was needed, yet I was told i had to pay an extr $2 and change for mileage. How stupid is that?!,!

Ana TI tried to fill up with gas and it leaked gas all over gas station. I called uhaul in moreno valley and I felt like they thought it was my fault! I tried to put 100 worth of gas into it but dd not know that it leaked out most of it. I learned with uhaul there is never a refund just a apology.

Arthur RHad to use the app for drop off. Personnel on site didn't seem to know how to receive the drop off. Should have just had a sign on the door: "Use the App to complete drop off". Talking with them was a waste of time.
