I'm not sure if this is Big daddy's fault or uhual. But our location was changed and when we got there they didn't have the truck so we were sent back to big daddy's and they didn't have the truck either. We had to drive an extra 30 minutes to get a truck. The employee at big daddy helped make sure things were settled. It still overall not a pleasant experience. The trucks condition was not as reported on the app so i made sure to make detailed notes on the app to ensure I wouldn't be blamed.
todd rTruck was dirty in box and uhaul customer svc 800 number wouldn't allow us to drop truck off close by to other uhaul locations shepherdsville/ Hillview so had to 99 cents per mile to make the drive to pick up and drop off Springfield which is way out of the way . And for wkend rental this seemed high compared to moving out of state. 420 for sat and rtn sunday.

Susanne FMy complaint is not with the location but with uhaul themself. The customer service was terrible and rude. The CSR that called to verify my rental had the nastiest attitude and should not work with the public.
