I did not go into the very very small small office that they have. They came outside and I gave them the keys to the truck and they then copied my contract. I hope everything was taken care of, but I don't have any way of knowing for sure.

Elizabeth JYou trying to charge me for gas. When I picked it up it had little under 1/4 tank of fuel I used the truck and replaced fuel. But you still trying to charge not putting fuel back in but I did put fuel back in

colin lNo one was available to initiate my rental, I had to call the phone number on the locked door. When I called I was told the owner was unavailable but his wife would "be there shortly". When she finally arrived and we initiated the process, she apologized multiple times for the length of time it was taking to complete the online contract. After approximately 30 minutes it was finally completed and signed. I left the location without checking the lights on the trailer (my fault, but thought the renter and rentee normally checked the equipment together to ensure everything is working properly but no one there ever mentioned an equipment check). I left the lot, went less than a mile where I stopped for lunch. After eating, I checked the lights on the auto transport trailer and found the lights (taillight and brake light) on the passenger side of the trailer were inoperative. I called the owner who said he'd have is wife note on the contract that I'd called to say the lights weren't working. I wanted this noted on the contract so I would not be held liable for the inoperative lights upon return of the equipment. The following day I returned to the rental location to obtain a copy of the contract with the note on it, only to discover no note had been placed on the online contract. Again, after 30+ minutes and multiple apologies, the wife noted the contract and gave me a copy. While I answered that I would recommend this location to a friend, I would tell the friend to allow plenty of time for equipment pick up, and to check the equipment thoroughly before leaving.
