I scheduled a truck to pick up at the Gandy Blvd location. The next day I received a call from U Haul to ask if I would pick the truck from Big Mike's Food Mart on S Manhattan Ave and I would receive a $30 voucher for my next rental. I said sure and that Saturday I picked up the truck at Big Mike's Food Mart. I took pictures of the mileage before I left and when I brought it back. I drove a total of 18 miles but was charged for 67 miles. The starting mileage was 100243 but my receipt said 100194. I was over charged $68.11, I called and they are refunding me back $51. I'm not going to call back and argue for the remaining $17.11. I've been renting U Haul trucks since the early 90's and this will most likely be my last. In closing, do not pick up a truck from Big Mike's Food Mart on S Manhattan Ave.
