Was charged for a dolly that I did not receive. Also originally ordered a dolly and moving pads and neither were available when I showed up to pick up the truck. I'm guessing this location does not provide those extra items.
Jered GGet diesel large trucks 5 mpg is not good check engine light was on most of the time and truck shook sometimes while accelerating I put no for the clean and maintained bc of engine light and 5 mpg again has large trucks doesn't really help

Hugo OReturned truck 2 days early, dropped off after hours and then 4 days later got charged additional $115 for extra 2 days which I didn't have it since I returned it 2 days early! Now I have to wait 5 days to get my refund!!!
Cody LFirst off we made a reservation in Fairmont West Virginia and had to travel 25-30 miles out of our way to Clarksburg because U haul at the last minute says they don't have a 15ft truck in Fairmont. Now they are trying to charge us more because of miles when this is U hauls fault.
Tina CWe needed a bigger truck but it wasn't available. We picked up in a small town so maybe that was the problem. We managed with the 20 ft truck but it was not easy.
Joanne JThe uhaul pulled to the right and the brakes did not work as well as they should. It was hard to drive over 50 mph. I have rented many uhauls and this is the first time we were very disappointed. We will be moving again in a year and I will definitely be looking into other companies.
Mike DWhen I went to pick up uhaul they told me they have no dolly available and no furniture pads available. I made my order online and requested these items. The guy didn't take it off my bill but I needed those items to move and would have used a different location had I known.
Carrie MThe truck had a miss in the engine, I spent $1109 dollars to drive 2400 miles, every 200 miles was 3/4 tank of gas, on average $95 to refill the tank. Windshield wipers were garbage, driving through winter weather, just smeared the windshield, windshield washer fluid was full of water. 24 degrees outside, tried to clean the windshield it would freeze, Defroster would noy keep the ice buildup off the windshield, had to stop and clean the windshield about every hour.

Richard JWas told I would have a 76 dollar hold on my card ended up being 148,63 dollar charge that over drafting my card then charge of 89 dollars on my card when I dropped it off I'm not happy about it at all business is not fair at all I still have the hold on my card when the hell will I get my money back I will not go here ever again

GARY HThe person who assisted me at this location was friendly and did the hook up for me as well as explained how to unhook the trailer. The trailer is an older model and needs a good cleaning. I focused on the inside removing what looked like grease and oil in the front. I also cleaned what looked like red clay from the back on the outside.

bodie mIt was a little to far to go to pick up when I had a truck reserved about 5 miles away 2 weeks ago but was told it was not available on 8/1/2020 at 7:30 but I could get 1 at 2:30 somewhere else. I needed the truck early because we had help there early.

PAULA BI suggest U Haul update their app, and their customer service. It shouldn't take an hour going through the app after everything was already set up. The gentleman at the garage was more helpful and had us on our way in less than 10 minutes than the 1 877 u haul did in 50 minutes.
Patricia JDid a self check in because the last time I was to drop a trailer at this location I was told I would have to go somewhere else. Also they were not at all helpful in finding me a place to drop.

James TSite filthy - overflowing dumpsters, broken toilets and unsafe to enter. 4 calls to the dealer, not one return. Dolly did not get put in truck. Was not open at 7:00 despite recording of "new summer hours". Claims to have had 1/2 tank of gas, but actually less than. Truck dirty in box area - full of cat litter. Will never patronize this location - losing faith in UHaul.

Curtis HI love uhaul but Bill Tice is not a good representative. (Unfortunately, it's a small town and AAA also utilizes them.) My uhaul obviously hadn't been cleaned ever. The outside was filthy with green algae growing on it and piles of pine needles or tree debris on the fenders. I took pics. The inside was ok so I didn't complain. The shipping blankets were also iffy. The package was open and the mechanic had to go look for more to fill the order for a dozen. They looked well used. Uhaul as a company makes me happy and I have no complaints.

doug cI was extremely upset at the fact that prior to picking this trailer up I had called to verify that it was a different trailer than the one I had dropped off the week prior from new Mexico, because the one I had from new Mexico had a broken door. I was assured by the customer service rep that I would get a different trailer, however when I went to pick this up, I was informed that the one with the broken door on it was all that they had.
MELISSA JMake sure truck is available within 10 miles of our current location, had to drive 25-30 mins to get to truck.
Dustin CThis was not the location we requested, and it took us almost 1 hr to get to. Very inconvenient! When we arrived, the environment was smoke-filled (which I am allergic to) dirty, and slow. However, in spite of all that, the man helping us was friendly (thank goodness ??).
John BI went two different locations and neither manager seemed to know where the truck was. They were an hour and 15 minutes late, and my loading crew had to wait.
Paul BWe had one destination on the paperwork, was told to drop off at another location, but had to drop off at this location due to not trying to fall asleep while driving the truck to the other location and then going back the opposite way because we are homeless due to electrical issues and needed to get to shelter. We talked to people at the 1-800 number that couldn't even modify our agreemen, but now we are being told we still have to pay for the mess up when these people couldn't even tell us which location we were ACTUALLY supposed to drop off at since they couldn't modify anything over the phone. Not happy with the overall experience. I will be going back to cargo vans at Enterprise instead. Great customer service at Enterprise.
amanda KJason Malone was both professional and knowledgeable on the UHaul rental procedure. He hooked up the u-haul trailer for us and we had no issues at all. I'm glad we rented our uhaul from Tice's. Very convenient.

Lamoris LAt point of drop off they refused to take responsibility for the unit. Tice in East Liverpool OH would not inspect the unit and sign my slip that it was returned in good condition. When I insisted they refused and became belligerent and arrogant. Tice lot is not fenced and secure.
mark hThe staff at this location are incompetent and lazy to a degree I didn't imagine possible. Because I used the self service method to check out and check in my truck and they weren't familiar with the process, I ended up getting charged for six days of rental time rather than the ten hours I actually used the truck for. I was told by a U-Haul representative that because the staff didn't know how to check the truck in, they just didn't do it. I ended up with over $400 in charges because of their blatant negligence. Now, since I was ultimately refunded the money and compensated appropriately for the incredible inconvenience, I would still recommend U-Haul as a company. I would not, however, recommend this location or any branch run by whomever is in their regional office. After lodging a complaint and requesting that someone call me to explain what had happened and what was being done to rectify the situation, I did not hear from anyone. I had to call the customer service line AGAIN to demand a call back. When I did eventually hear back from Mike Mann, the area field manager, he was not adequately able to explain to me (1) Why the staff had done what they did (2) What he was doing to make sure it would not happen again and (3) Why he hadn't reached out to me right after I lodged the original complaint. All in all, though he did refund my money, I was ultimately left feeling like I was inconveniencing him with my completely legitimate complaint. This location and it's upper management team practice EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Trust me when I say that I WILL be telling my friends, family and basically anyone I encounter who may need moving services NEVER to patronize their establishment.
Ashley NEasy drop off, had a space ready for pull through, and was quick to print receipt, and disconnected the trailer himself.
Delbert SBill Tice Auto and staff show best customer service around. They were extremely helpful and I will only rent uhauls, if I need them, from them when possible.
PHILLIP PNothing everything went very smoothly in fact the best of 8 moves that I have made. I was very pleased with the service and the truck rental.
