Lisa HThe interior of the trailer was clean, but the exterior had a lot of decals peeling look like it could use some new decals, and a good cleanup on the outside but the location was nice no problems walked out inspected and we were gone and no problems

Juan tThe tires on the trailer were COMPLETELY out of balance!! When pulling the trailer with no load, it would bounce so BAD that the tires would come off the ground! When the out of balance would get offset, the trailer would rock from side to side violently!

Ronald HThe location was great the lady there was very helpful. U-Haul was a terrible company to use though. They made the moving process way harder than it had to be. I will never be using U-Haul again, nor do I recommend U-Haul to anyone looking for a rental truck.

Susan AThis was a small facility, but convenient for us. I believe that this truck had just been turned back in, so it was not cleaned. However, it was not much effort to sweep it out. We returned it after hours and had no issues with this. Overall, painless and efficient process.

michael mThe truck was not in good condition, they overcharged me and under delivered. I will say that the regional manager John was amazing at correcting the issue and because of that I will continue to use uhaul just not the location at bills bait and tackle. Give John a raise, his customer service skills are impeccable

Corisa KStunk in the building since it was a bait house. Received a call day prior to getting uhaul that the pick up location did not have any trucks available, so I had to drive 30 mins out of my way to get the equipment. Lady at the location could not hook up the car transport, I had to do it.
