Both times we rented in NJ we were redirected to a location far from home. This trailer got a flat tire 30 min into the trip and turned a 13 hour trip into a 30 hour trip

Customer service at the location was excellent, from arranging pick-up at a time prior to facility opening to drop off process. Excellent service overall!

Excellent experience. Rented an open utility trailer to move a lawn tractor and cart. The owner was very helpful and knowledgable. He hooked up trailer for me and made sure everything was working. Price was very reasonable and trailer was ready when I needed it. Highly recommenced.

Based on my experience there is no room for improvement.. it was quick in & out no hassle or hold up.. the lady who was working there was very nice and answered all the questions without any attitude at all.. very happy with the level of service provided.. I will use Uhaul again in the future.

you made a last minute change to both the pickup location and the equipment. still not convinced i was charged the correct amount. the location was much further away than what you confirmed with my original order.

Location and business owner are great. UHaul NJ Traffic in Saddle Brook, not so much.

I used the uhaul app for the first time. Although the app worked fine is was a bit cumbersome. I told the gentleman at the counter it's probably just easier to have dealt with him human to human that to navigate through this app.

The employees went out of their way to be helpful.

The electronic system used by the desk clerk did not show our drop off location that was confirmed in our e-mail. Clerk could not find it and marked as "unsure" lowering our confidence in being able to drop off at the right location on close. We did not receive our preferred location for pickup, and the messaging was not clear that the "location" of our pickup had changed so we went to our reserved location first, before being redirected elsewhere.

All I can say, is that when ever I need to do any moving of anything, my first thought is Uhaul. You Guys are the best in the industry, hands down. One thing to add is that the mobile check in/out is the best creative idea. Thanks for everything.

If a customer is picking up/dropping off after hours and using their mobile phone, allow them to access the info without having to download the U-Haul app

Could use a little more space outside to pull the truck, but I don't think they get many 26' trucks. Good people to work with.

Very Helpful with the whole process of renting a trailer.

Worker didn't not tell me I would be billed for a second day. I only relieazed this when I got my confirmation via email. I should not have to pay for an extra day when I got the van back at the time the facility opened.

Trailer was clean but broken. Upon returning the trailer (excellent return in Hyannis - after the awful, awful, awful man in Orleans, MA refused to accept the trailer), we were told that the trailer was dangerous and would be taken offline. The guy in Hyannis said the trailer never should have been in use. It was dangerous...I crushed my hand in it because the spring was broken. Overall, a terrible trailer/piece of equipment was rented to us by really, really nice and helpful people who run a beautiful facility in Sparta, NJ.

No they are crooks I returned truck with more gas than I received it with and they have the nerve to charge me extra fees
