Dropped off at night but location looked clean. Very nice.

Janet OnimBetter understanding of customer service. When I reserved the truck I also reserved 3 dozen packing blankets. This pick up location did not have ANY blankets available and their attitude was "It's not my problem!"
Steve JaredHad to go to 3 different locations to get all my equipment. Truck was not available at location that U-Haul designated as the pick-up point. Had to then drive to Lakeside location to get a truck (30 minutes out of the way). Jacksboro location did not have blankets so then had to go to another place to get these.
Troy CalesTheir internet was down and they were able to get it done remotely. Awesome experience. It was so simple and easy. If I ever need a truck to move anything, I will definitely use Blacklock storage for my U-Haul!!
DEREK MILLSComputer system was messed up and it took over a hour to get the rental. Then, when we brought it back we were charged a $100 more than we thought we would be charged. But the truck was clean on a positive note.
Thomas CrenshawMy only complaint was I was switched to several locations to pick up equipment. Which costed me gas money which was inappropriate. Thats the only complaint I have.
Christie WrightLeft rear tire was very low on air. Only 40 psi. Air pressure should have been 80 psi. Air it up to 80 psi and no problems after that. Air conditioner was good and cold. No other problems.

steve biggsI literally never used the truck. I got home with it and had to return it as the apartment wasn't ready on time like they said. I was still charged 71$ and had to put 15$ In gas. I was told I would be reimbursed but I was not!

CARLENE BURNETTThe location was changed the day before which added an additional hour to pickup and to get back to where we were moving from. The GPS didn't pull up the address correctly which resulted in extra time trying to figure out where the pickup location was. The no contact pickup wasn't working for some reason. Thankfully there was an employee that helped with the reservation but it took awhile and seemed like she had to reenter all the information. It was not a smooth process. Then when returning, it charged an additional $17 for going over mileage so not only did we lose close to two hours off our afternoon but I also paid additional for it through the additional mileage charge and the extra gas that was needed.
Edward WhisenantVery disappointing. I arrived on a Saturday to turn in the U-Haul truck, as walking to the office to turn in the keys the lady on shift walked out the door and locked it behind her then went to her car and sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. I was there before noon and asked if I could give her the keys, response was "put them in the box". On Monday I received a bill charging for two days over plus safety insurance. If this wasn't enough I was charged for damage to the vehicle which never occurred under my watch ( I also carried coverage for damage) as well as gas, the vehicle was gaged the same as when I received it. I called to speak with the owner about the bill but never made it past the female voice on the phone. She refused my request, asked why I wanted to speak with the owner, referred me to U-Haul Customer Service and when I asked for the number I was told to Goggle it. Beware, this location is out for the money, definitely not the customer.

Barbara SaboThe uhaul app itself would not work when I returned the truck. It would not allow me to take a picture of the dash. Therefore, I could not complete the return process. But we returned the truck at 3pm on Saturday, January 9, 2021.

Andrew CrimI didn't have any interaction with people at this place. Left the truck on Sunday. Never received confirmation that my truck was received so I called Tuesday to confirm and then was referred to uhaul.com to find out my final bill amount.
Cheryl SmithI asked for a regular dolly. Received a bulky utilitybdolly which was morenof a hindrance than help. I didn't order pads and the truck was full of them. They were in my way. Dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail.

Billy C. HawkinsWorst uhaul experience I've ever had. Went to pick up my "reserved" truck...wasn't there. Told well nothing I can do. Found Blacklock very helpful and got me into a truck. My big issue was with returning it. First I had to take 35 miles out of my way. The person at check in was the rudest person I've ever met. I told him of my frustrations that I called and sat on hold for 30 mins no answer EVER at 1 800 go uhaul. He informed me wasn't his problem I said well your corporate cust service is awful he informed me he WAS corporate and that none of this is his problem. I told him his attitude is what's wrong with uhaul. He has long hair and a beard at the temple drop off. I WILL not ever return a u haul there. I've never been treated so poorly in my life top to bottom of this experience. Your people need to understand people returning these trucks are hot, sweaty been movIng all day and then return it and be treated like a turd for my trouble. This man needs to be terminated immediately. Also, if I reserve a truck I tend to expect the truck to be there. Disappointing experience. I will use you again because I have to but hope it's better next time. Also, is there a number I can call where people actually work? Would be nice to talk to someone when I call! Thanks
Tim HennesayThe engine sure does get hot through the casing so it is not fun when your lower leg rubs against it. And with your foot in the gas there it is hard to not touch it! Mickie in scheduling is the BEST!!

He walked me through the process very quickly and the property was super clean and neat! I will be returning to this location if I need U-Haul's services in the future! Alan UmholtzHad zero issues. I dropped it off at night, and got my receipt for the drop off about 10 minutes after they opened the following day. It really put my mind to rest on the issue of whether or not I should do a night time dropoff. I"m glad I did!

Morning saying it had been lost in the system and I would not be charged. Not sure how that happened but glad it got resolved And a call back.
