Customer service was great, quick and easy!
Mist BAttendant saw me pull up with the trailer and immediately came out to help direct me backing the trailer into a tight spot. Super pleasant and helpful. Got a jack to help me unhitch so I didn't have to lift the tongue of the trailer. All in all a good experience.

John SYour app (for self-rental) to get the vehicle is awful and I would work to overhaul since it took over 30 min. to get the vehicle. The staff I messaged with was unhelpful and did not make the process easier (in reality they probably made it more difficult to get the rental). The people who work at the facility are extremely nice and helpful!

Chris BThere was very little room, I was asked to move trailers around so there would be room to drop off. The lady there had no help from the other people at the location. She finally got one young man to come over with a bottle jack to raise the trailer off the hitch. This hole process of returning the trailer took well over 30 minutes and I was the only one there.
Craig CThey gave me a truck with a broken wiper, I have to go to Walmart to replace it in the middle of a heavy rain, I decided to returned to get my money back. Next day I found out they charge me another 53$ dollars so I have to call to get all the refund and still they didn't give all the money I spent. Also they didn't offer any compensation or discount for this experience, the office told me to call U-Haul and U-Haul told me to call the office.

Donald KEverything went smooth, only issue I had was being forced to full the truck to 1/4 tank level when it was less than 1/8 when I received it. I was compensated approximately $11 but do not feel that was sufficient to todays fuel prices.
