All was well until I saw my statement and that I was charged $19 for gas when I drove the vehicle six miles. Please explain.

I just want to point something out that I did not get a final bill as I think I estimated 120 miles used and I don't know what I got charged for because it came out to like a hundred and ten miles. Also as far as the equipment the only thing I would say is that there's a desperate need for cornering mirrors. As a commercial driver I know the importance of being able to see where the equipment is in a turn. Other than that had a excellent and an enjoyable experience!
jeff aNot a lot of equipment availability or desire to work with me. Dropped off my trailer on a Sunday and had some difficulty with them accepting my trailer due to not scheduling the drop off online ahead of time. Attendant removed my hitch ball thinking it was a rental piece because it had a U-Haul label on it. Thankfully I caught this error before driving away. Maybe they were just having an off day. In the end, I was able to drop off my trailer after some debate, so I rate them as somewhat helpful, but not exceedingly friendly or welcoming.

Richard LWhen you make a contract with a customer you should have the equipment there to be picked up also when you have a contract with a customer you should have the accurate information for the drop off procedure. My rental was canceled and-established twice and then the trailer I was supposed to pick up was not available the people in Blairstown managed to hook me up with a one-way trailer that I was told could be dropped off anywhere but I was turned away and had to drive an extra half hour to drop it off

Michael GThere was an adhesive in the back of the truck that got on my dresser. It's was very annoying. Check out process was incredibly slow and staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Not happy with my experience.

Danita Hit was not necessarily the locations fault. The communication between the company, the district and the location is poor, because of the computer program that Uhaul has that doesn't allow for local management to make decisions.
TOM PWe picked up our rental late in the day kinda last second planning. They had what we needed and dispute the rain storm , wind and hail the employe helped us took up the trailer to get us on our way. Great customer service from the gentleman working that day. Returning the trailer after store hours the same night was easy and plenty of space in the parking lot.

dave LThis location was very convenient for me and they were very friendly and accommodating. I always check the trailer tire pressure before I leave and it's rarely been to spec on any of the multiple trailer rentals I've had at various locations. This trailer had one tire significantly overinflated and the other tire significantly underinflated. I stopped at a gas station with an air compressor and adjusted them to the proper inflation but I think whoever maintains the trailers needs to be more vigilant about keeping the tires inflated properly. Overall, I have been very happy with the U-Haul rentals and this location is a good one.
MICHAEL SI reserved the rental with Mabel and she was so helpful. She knew exactly which vehicle would be the most appropriate for our needs. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul.
