Only one employee was working. Seemed a bit flustered. I was late in arriving as did not see the sign and drove past. Employee asked if I wanted hand cart , went out of his way to show me what it looks like but never put it into trailer. When I called about it and they asked what could they do for me, I asked to ha e it dropped off. The man told me he would call back shortly. Call never came. I already had started loading trailer as soon as I arrived home, so didn't think about handcart until needed. Very disappointing!

Customer Representative Bryan was absolutely amazing. I was very upset because the uhaul system would not allow me to rent initially after Bryan attempted to complete rental. There was some sort of error in the system. I called and waited nearly an hour to speak to a representative. I was told it was due to updates in the system. It was a very stressful experience. In fact I was so stressed and exhausted from the embarrassment, the uncertainty of what was coming up under my name, the lack of customer care when I attempted to call about error, and the unnecessary time it took to have matter cleared up. My blood pressure was through the roof. My trip was interrupted because I became too ill to enjoy my vacation.

I booked the van and added my husband as a second driver, as I wasn't sure he could get off from work to help move our daughter. When we got there to pick up van the employee came out. I explained why we were there. He asked who was the primary driver and I said, me. He looked at us and said you are both listed and I said yes. Then he turned from me and never spoke to me again. He asked my husband things. He then went back and thought he was calling my husband but he reached me. I began to ask what he needed. He only wanted to talk to my husband. It was very dismissive. All people should be treated in the same manner. My husband had no idea what exactly I had reserved such as a dolly.

The Staff were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful when renting and returning the truck. I found the truck super clean and good working condition. I will use this location again when renting my next U=Haul truck.

We rented an 5x8 enclosed trailer to move furnishings from Tampa Fl to Athens TN. We did not realize that the floor of the trailer was dirty. Upon placing the pieces in the "newly" carpeted bedroom we realized that each piece was putting black marks which appeared to be greasy marks on the carpet. My husband thought it may be oxidation from the aluminum floor of the trailer. We are having a terrible time removing the stains from the carpet. We have rented from Uhaul several times over the years and never have had this type of issue. I would appreciate a call back on this matter. Renee Grooms 813-767-8469 The trailer id# was AV5331J

Not have the sale representative call us less than two hours after we pick up the truck to see if we are bringing it back that day. It a rental us for 24 hours than wait and see How our move goes ~ there wasn't a walk around with the agent because it was raining but my husband did one on his own.

I ordered pads but didn't receive them. I called and waited on hold and told the customer service rep and she said she would let them know not to charge me. I disputed the charges when I checked out and I still see the $40 charge on my invoice.

Jamie of the Bloomingdale location (at least that's what he told me his name was) was extremely RUDE, UNPROFSSIONAL, DISREPECTFUL, AND TOTALLY ARROGANT. The statements and comments he made were completely inexcusable. I made a reservation for a 10' truck for a pickup at the FishHawk Lithia location. The afternoon before I receive a phone call from Jamie advising me that not only is my truck size been changed to a 15' truck that now my pickup location is much further away. I lived in FishHawk so I was planning to simply walking there in the morning. This unapproved change in the pickup location left me no option but now needing to hire a lift/uber/taxi to get there and spending more on fuel… how can U-Haul be so inconsiderate of their customers needs. Jamie, literally told me that U-Haul will not be inconvenienced and does not move trucks to satisfy the customers needs and their reservations it is the customers who are the ones that will be inconvenienced and need to go where the trucks are. AND if I don't like it I can rent from someone else. Because of this I am hereby immediately requesting to be immediately compensated for this horrible and tragic display of rudeness and complete lack of professionalism especially during these global concerns and trying times we're all facing. Jamie needs to face the strictest form of discipline the company offers. There are a lot of unemployed and desperate good descent and caring people out there and I strongly suggest that U-Haul start hiring those people and terminate those who do not know how to be empathetic and compassionate. It is times like these that define a person and a company, and currently after my personal experience with U-Haul I feel that U-Haul is falling short of what defines and good company that cares about relationships with their customers

When I made the reservation there was no indication that I would have such an issue picking up the truck. Social distancing could still be observed even if your employee opened up the door. I entered all my information online but when I got there all there was was a giant piece of glass and no way to communicate with that employee, except yelling through that glass. He had no phone to pick up, and no suggestions. There was a sign that said business would be done over the phone but how do you pick up a truck over the phone? He had to give us keys and paper work, but didn't want to open the door! That makes no sense. Don't keep your business open if you're afraid of the current conditions. You made us late for our appointment, and made many others wait (after you eventually decided to put gloves on and come out). Or, install a window that allows you to communicate with others. Or, remember that you could've left opened the door and stayed 6 feet away from us and we could've been on our way.
