JOSELITO LMy 2nd dealings with this location. The 1st was when the computers were down and was unable to check me in until they were back up. But said she would email me the closing report once it had been fixed. Less than an hour later it arrived. I returned it a day early. The 2nd was just about as smooth as you could get. He was checking in another customer and was in shortly thereafter to check me in. He moved a truck so I could park the trailer and it was a done deal.

MARLI SSince the U-Haul site was down, I was told to just leave the keys and she would check the truck in and send me an email closing out the rental agreement when it was back up. A short time later, that very thing happened. I was hoping to maybe see a partial refund since I brought it back a day early, but I don't believe it was the fault of the location operator.

Thomas CI rented a 4x8 trailer, it would have been nice if there was a hitch jack to hold the hitch up from the ground and a wheel chuck. Anyways it rode good and there were no problems with the trailer.
