She wasn't on site when we arrived, so we called and she was there within minutes. Very personable and friendly. Very clear about instructions and that we would receive an email receipt.

Lonna FIt took almost an hour to check the trailer in and I sat in a hot, dirty building while waiting. My father was a U haul dealer and I had worked for him. It never took more than 15 minutes to check in a trailer. This was ridiculous and I felt like they were looking hard for something to charge me for.
mike eCalled to set up a time to drop off the trailer and the lady that answered was extremely rude and unhelpful to a point. Didn't want to be bothered with having to meet us there to handle the return of the trailer. Will NOT use this location in the future nor will I recommend them.

LEO NI'm not normally on to complain. But, I used to work for Wolfgang automotive in Lincoln Ne. And we rented uhaul out of our store... And with the old guy that hooked up the trailer being the local tow /city impound yard.. I would have thought that he would have known that the tow chains are meant to be hooked up to the two spots on the side of the reciever, instead of bending up my plate to try and hook to the back side of my bumper.... And that was after being there for over an hour trying to get it rented to begin with, because your system kept saying my debit card was a prepaid gift card... And finally ended up going to an ATM and getting cash and having to pay a 60 dollar deposit on top of my rental fee ... That I was told o would get back from the place I returned the trailer...

Earl BThe rep Mike at this location behave horribly. He accidentilly hit his head againts his garage door and BLOOD was dropping on the equipment as he was hooking up. I went and grabed paper towell and he snapped at me with a rude remark for attempting to help him stop the bleeding? Nobody wants another persons blood on their property? If I was in Denver and had another location to rent, I would of walked away and left the bloody trailer. I had no choice but to take the abuse becasue I needed to leave town asap.

GUY FOne of the tires was very warn and we were afraid it would blow out. It was the only auto trailer available and we were stranded so we used it. The service at this location; however, was excellent and friendly.

Alan KBoise City was a small town shop with great people helping me. The business was older and not as well kept but was a body shop with a U-Haul franchise, so much different than the U-Haul store in Glendale. I look mostly at the people and the service and both locations were top shelf. I had a great experience with U-Haul. 17 drive, non-stop and no problems.

KATHI Si thought i was supposed to get a refund if i swept out the truck that i rented. evidently not, even though the paper work said that i would. I did get my deposit back but the paper work said i would get at least twenty dollars back for the truck being clean.
WILLIAM HThe location was a bit dirty and the people were not there when we first arrived. We waited the 10 min the sign said then we called the emergency number. At first the lady was rude, but when she arrived she couldn't have been more nice and friendly. She waived the few extra miles due to the distance of our trip. She calculated it and said those extra miles should have been originally included in the rental. Overall my experience was WAY better than expected. The truck even got really good mileage!
RITA HThe people were rude. They were upset that we asked to get the trailer at 9:00 AM because they don't open until 10:00. I ordered it on line not knowing what time they open. But who wants to wait that late in the day when you are moving. Still didn't get the trailer until 9:45.
