todd renaudYour service in the GTA lacks serious communication. Had reserved a 26' truck, but ended up with a 15' truck that I had to pick up in another location. I was informed at the first location that my 26' truck was not returned yet and that it was supposed to be returned yesterday. I had lots of questions but your employees already look like they don't care about their jobs so I just got the 15' truck that was available 30 minutes away. Your service sucks and your teams has no leadership or problems solving skills.
Muhammad Binyami Mahmad DovudDrunk staff asking me to buy him a coffee and the offered to drive my car to the van lol. Told him to get away from me. Got a filthy truck 20' with an empty fuel tank. One of the guys apologized for the fithy truck so he grabed a diety rag and started smearing it all over the dashboard garbage on the floor Very disappointed U Haul! The teuck has nevee seen a cleaning . I rent from Uhaul on a regular for the last 30 years but this was the last time.

Tony RoostThe location we reserved the truck from was closed and we had to rush to a different location. When we did, the location on Parliament was extremely unorganized and honestly creepy. They didn't give us the trolleys we ordered and they didn't have a 15ft truck so we had to go bigger. The truck itself was full of cigarette butts and filthy. As for gas, it was basically empty so we left the truck cleaner and with more gas than we got it. Really really terrible and stressful experience.
cody bartonAs we have booked 2 dollys but it was not available, you know it is key part of moving without that it will very painful. It would be great if dolly not available then do not take reservation for dolly as it is hard take it from other centers.

Ruben RapettiI was told to pick up the truck at this location, but then the employee told me to drive with him to another location to pick up the truck (where I had first requested the pick up!) it was unclear why the location had to be shifted back and forth.

Bronwyn KeoughThat was the worst customer service experience I had in my life. I got there 9am expecting to have someone there to advise me and help me with my truck once I called the place ahead twice during to week to make sure someone would be there. I had to call to a phone number written on a piece of paper at the store door which was closed. This guy tells me "someone will be there to give you the keys", he comes over around 9:35, he asks my name and if the truck was booked previously. He only took my name and didnt even check my ID. When we got to the truck he started throwing beer cans and chocolate packages on the floor trying to clean the truck up. After all of that he told me the truck was out of gas. We had to move to a second truck, when I got there, the gas was almost hitting the empty level (even though my receipt says it was at 1/4). This person told me "don't buy gas, we are going to give you free gas". When I was about to drive away, I saw a parking ticket at the wind shield so I had to call this guy again while he walks away and give him the ticket. I checked the UNLOCKED back of the truck to see if everything I ordered was there and it was COMPLETLY EMPTY. So I asked him for the box dolly, the furniture dolly and the pack of 12 sheets to cover my furniture and he told me they didnt have any. He said: "sorry, its not my fault, they are not gonna charge you." Please notice that not having ANYTHING to help me with my moving made all parts of it really hard specially when you count on having the right equipment that you ordered and paid for it. Finally me and my friend took the truck and proceeded to a gas station to put $20 worth of fuel because we didn't want to risk it and we were already late since my elevator was booked for 10am. The process involving the truck return was simply: "Throwing the keys through a cardboard wall with a hole punched and with a sign written in pencil saying "key drop"" Please note that anyone could easily reach for all the keys that were there!! It was a cardboard with a hole! I got charged for the full amount even though I didn't get all the tools I needed, got my truck 45 minutes late and had to put extra $20 of gas in. I hope someone will read this and take care of this place. Thats really bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone…
Daniel Rodrigues HammerleWe waited for almost an hour for a rep to show up and give us the keys. This location was not equipé for mobile pickup no lock box. A rep from another location showed up, told me he doesn't work there but was there to help. He was rude and unprofessional. Kept telling me to wait in my car. The Truck was covered in ice and needed to be defrosted for an additional 20 minutes, running the engine with the heater on. The cargo door would not open due to the ice and required allot of work to get open. Truck smelled like smoke and had a lighter left behind in the cab. Cargo bay was dirty. At the end after returning I was also overcharged. My total charge at return was 49$ but my credit card was charged 67$ for some reason. I will be disputing the credit card charges.
Aden BochnikFirst of all this location was 45 minutes from preferred location away from my residence. Secondly, the staff was late to open the store we had to wait for 25 minutes for staff to arrive at store after opted opening hours. Thirdly, staff offered me 200 extra miles which was not applied to existing miles or documented anywhere as a result, I was charged extra 43 miles for $45. I contacted staff twice afterwards he said he would take care of it one week later he hasn't taken care of it.

Jamie Sto.DomingoThe truck handled snow very poorly. It needs winter tires at the least. There was no windshield washer fluid. The keys should be labeled. They look the same, but only one key actually starts the car. It took me a day to figure that out.

Kristian AllinThe pickup location and original 6:30 pm pickup time were changed on short notice. The new confirmation said 6:00 pm but the location was closed. A few phone calls solved the problem, but I had to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to arrive with keys. They were helpful and apologetic, but it seems like there was a breakdown in communication. On the upside, the check out and return were expedient and the truck was relatively new.

lonny murrayWoman working the counter and shop, and the manager were both incredibly helpful and understanding. Even moved the truck for me from its parking spot- which I felt was too tight for me to manage. Really lovely people, made the experience much better.
Carlos DiazI was fraudulently charged for a rental I did not make. The owner used my credit card information and email contact to charge me for a rental I never made. This is outrageous. I would never trust this vendor again.

Matthew Loewenlady was missing for a bit and then screwed my order up and asked me to return it earlier than my booked time. gas indicated at 1/4th but it was clearly at 1/8th. this pickup was all over the place.

Claudia AvilaWe had our rental reserved for 830am…there was no one onsite to provide keys, didn't get access to the vehicle until 10am which significantly impacted our schedule to move. Customer service representatives we dealt with at the location were very helpful and kind but extremely disappointing we were not able to access the vehicle at the time we required it.

Adriana Gomes de OliveiraRental location NOT organized. Truck had "engine light" warning. Requested furniture dolly wasn't available. When contacting the location to confirm truck, location told me a truck wasn't ready - lady was confused.
Timothy HumThey stated that I only had to fill the tank to a quarter since, not only was it below half, but it took an hour past my initial pickup time to get the truck to me. Then when I go to drop it off the drop off location stated that they made no mention of this.
