Seriously! The whole experience was a nightmare! There were so many extra add-on fees that it made for a VERY CONFUSING experience! Right from the start I was given incorrect pricing information! They have a lot of bugs to work out of this program in order to make it a helpful addition to an already difficult move! I do not recommend using this option unless you want to experience a major headache! I have nothing against the place where the u-box was delivered from ~ just the program in general!

Had a little hiccup with Uhaul over fuel left in truck. The lady at drop off emailed though and Uhaul didn't charge us. We are very happy about that as we made extra sure that we left the amount that was in there when we picked it up.

One of the tires was bald on one side with the cords showing. We didn’t see it until we stopped 1&1/2 hours into our 6 hour drive. We had to wait over an hour for a service to change it. The trailer should never have been rented in that condition. People expect the equipment to be in safe operating condition. We shouldn’t to have to do our own inspection of the equipment. I was very disappointed and angry about this experience.

The whole process was great until i went to pick up the ubox from Bonham building. I called 2 days in advance if picking it up. The agent that i talked too was very helpful and explained my options. I decuded to pick it up myselt. When i went to pick it up it wasnt on a trailer. The manager that was there was rude and had no clue as to me picking it up. He could not find my contract on the computer and acted like i was a nusiance. The yard men and the agent i first talked were very pleasant and. The manager of the Bonham location was not. He is not a good reflection if your good name which is way i choose you. Thank you.

Container was days late, I was told my the U-Haul number I called that U-Haul had no idea where my container was. When it arrived the padlock I placed on it was broken open !! Now having trouble getting any kind of compensation !!

Both locations and people were great. However, corporate rep ( a lady) screwed up with her manager due to recommending the wrong trailer. So I rented something I could not use. Please do not let stupid people in the Uhaul corporate office recommend anything that they have absolutely no clue about.

Once on the road anything over 50 and trailer w ok old try and wip my SUV off road stop 2 times and emptied trailer and repacked it still did it 48mph from Texas to Colorado was horrific other u haul trailers were flying by with no problems.

I checked in on-line to speed up the pick up process. I was asked most of the same questions to complete the paperwork from the attendant. I feel like I wasted my time. When I walked outside, I had the trailer coupled, wired, and was installing the safety chains when someone from the store "showed up". The only assistance I received was checking the lights when I requested him to do so.

The man that did my rental agreement told me that the rental would not come out until I return it. It was a one way rental and he took it out right then witch gave me a over draft if I knew this I would of waited two more days

I dropped off the rental equipment the same day in a different location. I rented in Bonham to. Dropped off on Lindsey st in Norman ok. There’s no record of rental equipment being dropped off and I keep getting called from U-Haul. I dropped equipment off. U-Haul agent parked the equipment for me and said he cleared in all was complete I could go. Now their saying I didn’t return equipment.

The strap was cut on the dolly and we could not use it. They still charged us and said sorry. We will not be using U-Haul again. I know it's only 10 bucks but since it was defective they should not have charged us at all. Very unhappy.

I was given a piece of paper saying that I had to have this much gas in the tank when you turn it in and I did it had just barely a notch below 3 quarters of a tank which is where I was told from the McKinney location that had to be. Bonham U-Haul still charge me for gas.

The pick-up location was not the problem. However, your online booking and early pick-up access were a disaster. First, I requested a 20' rental truck. Your system showed that a 26' truck had been reserved for me. I contacted you and this was corrected. I had also requested the above Rental Pick up Location, which was also done. I received a confirmation for a 20' truck at the above Rental Pick up Location, which I printed out and have kept. My driver even went by the above Pick Up Location to confirm, and he was shown the truck reserved for him to drive. He wanted to do an early pick-up time at 4:30 am, so he went to the location and followed all the instructions given to him by Smartphone. He got to the section where he has to submit/upload his a "selfie" photo and his DL, which he did. Then, your system would not allow him to progress with the process. It told him that he was at the wrong pick-up location, even though I had given him a printed copy of the confirmation. It gave him the name/address of another Rental pick up Location in the area. He made the decision to wait until the above Pick up Location opened that am and they were able to get the matter straightened out. However, this caused a lot of inconvenience due to the fact that I had requested the 4:30 am pick-up in order for him to miss the congested traffic in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. You have an inept online system that failed and I would not recommend that anyone use U-haul rentals for this reason.

I was told the money for the van would be put on hold in my account. I would have to pay when I returned the van. So I was planning paying cash for everything. As soon as I got on the road uhaul had already pulled the money out of my account. Which was a big inconvenience for me.
