well its not boo boo they were great, But the uhaul website is so messed up spins forever and does nothing. Fix the uhaul website.

GABRIEL LThe online check in process took a very long time. It would take minutes between each section, I guess as it was uploading and saving. The camera to take a picture of your drivers licens with did not allow a zoom and when I moved the camera closer it got too blurry. After it was completed I still had to go in the store and at first was directed I still had to wait in line behind others that had not checked in online. When the cashier saw my frustration she then said ok she would give me the key. Then we had to upload pictures, which again took a very long time. The total time wasted on check in was 40 minutes. The truck on the inside looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The floor had tons of sand and dirt and some trash items. The doors had built up grime on the. In all the truck got the job done but the check in was a waste of time and the truck was not clean.
Shane MReserved a 10' truck more than a month ago. Never received a call the day before pick up. I called the pick up location and they said they did not have a truck. I was told to go to another location which was out of the way. I reserved a mattress bag and furniture dolly but was told they don't have any.

PAUL BI use this business for personal and business rentals. The units are always well maintained and clean. I have never had any issue here and plan to use this facility as long as they rent units. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend to anyone in need of moving trucks and/or trailers.

AJAY ZWhen I first visited this location I wanted to talk to a person and see the space for rent. Nobody home, I had to sign up sight unseen. Second, the few time I used the contact number there was never anybody to pick up the phone... only leave a message. I don't like these things. So for customer service, there really is not any.... :( Not everyone wants to download another stupid app and deal with technology. This is coming from someone who was in the computer industry helping to create this modern age.

CHARMAYNE BRental Experience Review - U-Haul Dealer: Boo Boo Discount, Bunnell, FL I recently rented a 6x12 open trailer from Boo Boo Discount in Bunnell, FL for a local move. The trailer itself was in excellent condition-well-maintained, sturdy, and pulled very smoothly. It was more than sufficient for our needs and proved to be a good value overall. Although I reserved it for two days, I returned it after just one, but unfortunately, no price adjustment was offered for the early return. However, there were some concerns worth noting. At pickup, the dealer applied strong pressure regarding optional insurance, warning me that any damage-even minor-could result in a $10 000 out-of-pocket cost, plus additional daily "loss of use" fees. This came across as an unnecessary scare tactic rather than helpful guidance, and it made the process more stressful than it needed to be. On return, the interaction was also less than ideal. I was treated as if they didn't recognize me or the rental, and initially told I wasn't in their system. It wasn't until a lot attendant came in and confirmed that I had indeed rented the trailer the day before that the situation was clarified. Thankfully, the return process itself went smoothly once they realized who I was. In summary, while the equipment met expectations and performed well, the customer service at this location could use significant improvement. A more courteous and professional approach would go a long way toward improving the overall rental experience. - David Root Bunnell, FL
DAVID RHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE GUY MOVED THE TRUCK I RENTED AND RAN THE U-haul INTO ANOTHER ONE DAMAGING THE FRONT BUMPER! AND THE GIRL AT THE FRONT IGNORED IT ANS SAID OH WELL AND LAUGHED . EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE "Boo boo Discount" in bunnell Florida. U-Haul needs to discontinue service with them. They will give U-Haul a bad name

EDWARD JThey did not help at all. They did not gave the equipment I reserved. I received no help getting the trailer and they did no trailer pre trip check. I do not recommend anyone using this dealer.
KEITH MThis was the second time dropping a trailer off at this location. They are friendly. The only issue this time was that there was a glitch (user/ system) and it didn't finalize my return until an hour later when I called questioning that my rental was still showing open. But she fixed it immediately.
BRIAN RI had to hook up the trailer to my vehicle myself. This is the only location that I've had to do that at! I've used U-haul often never had to actual hook up the equipment myself.
JAMES CFor one I was only 15 min late getting to return and was charged for 2 days instead of 1. Not happy at all about that. Also I rented a 6ft trailer to haul a 5 ft mower and could even load it in the trailer after driving 4 hours to get it because the gate on your 6ft trailer is less than 5ft. I rented a good bit from uhaul and both of these items is unacceptable. I would like to hear from someone about this.
TIMOTHY RMake sure Everything is in writing in triplicate. I have spent more time on the phone correcting U-Haul s mistakes and then find out that the mistake was never corrected and I have to stop what I'm doing to place a call to get it corrected Again.

Jeffrey WThis is the strangest location I've ever seen! I was so uncomfortable being there! They have horror halloween masks and figures all over their location and was blasting at full blast 99 bottles of beer on the wall! The lady was also extremely rude! I also can not believe that I was charged 0,99 per mile over 30 miles! That is ridiculous! I ended up paying almost $200 for 24 hours!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Faithston WAttendant was great and quick however the trailer was super dirty and didnt have a jack so we had to lift it and lower it manually (it was substantially heavy even for 2 adults),the location was far from our home and closer locations didnt have the trailer ,also the booking process online was horrendous and kept crashing on me
James Sa) Provide receipt at drop off of equipment....I didnt get one even after asking for one. b) Assist (better) on where to place the trailer since you've had previous issues with someone placing equipment different than you expected which I didn't need to hear about.

ANGEL NWoman was rude. Cabin was dirty. White ziploc bag with powder substance in it. Powder in cabin. Ramp had old detergent on it and my son fell and hit his had. Location did not have the ramp available. First time I've ever had this issue since renting with uhaul and I've been renting for almost 20 years.
