This location was a thrift store. I had to unhitch the trailer myself a half a block away from the store which wasn't a huge problem. Check in was quick and easy. I chose this location because it was very close to my home.

Pick a location not ran by the local crack heads that constantly scream and yell at one another in front of customers. Along with being alcohol into the store and drinking while on the clock.

Theu charged me for mileage I did not use and they got mad cause someone else had to wait a little bit till we brought it back and we got charged there milage

The owner and manager are not accomodating, nor friendly. I would not recommend and won't definitely coming back.

If you are towing a moving trailer or vehicle transport trailer you will have to disconnect at the corner of the block. So be sure you do not pass it up or you will have to drive around the back side of the building to get back to the drop off corner. Then drive the truck to the office for check in. The parking lot is very tight

This is not the location that I requested when I made the reservation and if U-Haul hadn't changed my reservation I would never have chosen this location. This location is a second hand store, unprofessional in it's appearance and doesn't represent any U-Haul location that I have ever rented from. I have never been asked to place a trailer on my hitch and when I tried, I injured my back. Unfortunately, I had to load, drive and unload before I had time to get to an instant care. Seriously bad experience.

No assistant in hooking up first one that had flat tire that was not noticed - had to unhook with no help. Had to request help with second one to lift up onto the truck hitch . Inside can had dirt and leaves inside that had to be Cleaned by customer .

Not well marked as to where to drop off a trailer versus a truck. I had to back up the trailer several hundred feet, through a strip mall parking lot, to a trailer drop off area. Not easy! Some signage would have helped as I could have driven straight into the spot without having to backup! Then I had to unhook the trailer myself and manhandle it into the location.

The truck was fine, the owner of the location was a little strange, I wasn't appreciative of his jokes. I asked if the truck was unlimited miles and he Saud just the first 900 miles and I wasn't sure if he was joking or not. I just didn't like the guy

They had computer issues which caused me to be late for an appointment. Other wise they were good and I was able to get on my way once Uhaul corrected there nation wide crash. Uhaul needs a backup incase of computer failure

The Owner of the store was very rude and drunk. There were beer cans all over the front counter. She was no assistance when I needed help. When I went to return the truck the miles were inaccurate. I walked in to ask for help she was disgustingly rude and acted like I should know what to do because I selected self check out. I walked out and called u haul my problem was still not solved. I still paid for the miles I did not use

Trashy and filthy store. Employees were arguing with each other. Needed my rental for entire day, employee only put me in the system for 6 hrs. I returned it early, and she charged me for two days. Poor professionalism and poor customer service.

Truck shook like crazy over 20 mph, called in for help several times to uhaul support. They finally send out 2 technicians which changed both front tires, only after I argued with uhaul that truck was unable to drive 300 mile trip I needed to make. Once tires finally changed truck was satisfactory to drive. But still needed alignment This truck should have been tested before was given to me. Was very dangerous to drive and not road worthy,.

Fender was damaged and apparently the tire as well. I did point out the fender but didn't know about the tire. Once the tire blew and another one was installed the existing vibration went away.

Sorry to say this, but I avoid the location like the plague. Unprofessional in many ways. The owner and employees yell at each other, as well as other tenants and it seems to be a hassle to deal with them. I ordered equipment which was not available and this is probably on the U haul computer system. The trailer itself had wire frays on the safety "chains" which were braided wires and I was poked in the hand every time I used it. I had to unhitch the trailer several times during my use, and forgot the frays were there. I hope I don't get tetanus. I wish that there was a corporate U Haul store because these dealers are hit and miss with organization and quality. The other dealer (Ron's Rides) is completely rude, so I'm left with little options for decent service.

Right mirror loose sagged down under wind pressure. Dangerous!

We discovered on arrival zillions of ants living in the loading area.... cleaned well my stuff before moving them it inside. We moved some light, but tall shelfs, so the load wasn't heavy at all. We added $40 gas -drove exactly 130 miles- and still got charged $54,64 at this scary place. Total of rental for 5hours, 130 miles: 183,95 + 40 + 54,64= $278,59 Better off with Home Depot rental!

The location was literally a junk store that rented U-hauls. Location did not have the dolly's that I requested. Not a professional U-Haul location.

Have workers take a class on how to deal with unhappy and tired costumers. If the costumer has a problem have a u haul employee call the 1 800 number. ...not the costumer.

The Uhaul people were nice but they sent a blind man out to help me load and he was mad at landlord and mad at person sending him out and very discourteous to me until the point we ended up in a screaming F u match. The REAL issue was the ORIGINAL person that rented to me. She was atrocious and literally lectured me because she was not on site to rent. I would like to make a full report against Jessenia Lopez - very abusive. Very sketchy and since I've worked at a place that rents Uhaul I know she wasn't representing the company as expected. Parts of the equipment was missing and they didn't even offer to try to fix it they just took my money and charged me more than what they quoted. Over the phone and I took it back a day early and they said no money back that's our policy!!
