The owner did not disinfect nor clean the uhaual when I arrived. I had to wait 15 mins for him to bring it up front. He first told me that the size(10') wasn't available? He said he only had the larger ones available? But when I walked back to where the trucks were he had 3??? He was just trying to get me to pay more on a rental!!! I called the next morning and asked if I could extend the rental for one more day and the receptionist said yeah but that guy that lied to me before said it was rented by another customer and I would have to have it back by 2pm? I arrived and he had 3 other trucks available??? He smirked at me when I told them I seen the other trucks and stayed in the back? I'll never in life rent from them AGAIN!!!!!!!

Little to no instruction on the process of return. The back door was broke and didn't open properly. It was a huge inconvenience to say the least. Cause a lot of stress and extra work on top of seating me behind bc the door wasn't working properly. Those vehicles should be inspected to make sure they're ready for use before sending customers on their way. I won't be using UHAUL again.

I initially trying to contact that location by phone around 4:35pm because I knew most locations close around 5pm, and no one answered. So I decided to just go to the location because I was only about 1.2 miles from that location. I arrived around 5:05PM, got my paperwork and keys. Got to the 15' truck and noticed it wouldn't start. Went back to inform rep. They acknowledged that there was a battery issue. Got it worked out but I didn't get the truck until 5:52. Once I got the truck, I didn't want to risk the truck not starting back up if I turned it off so I kept it running from the time I left the location, to my pickup point, then to my drop off point, and back to the truck drop off point. This caused me to use more gas than I wanted to for a 9 mile total trip. Also, I was able to return the truck in about 57 minutes. I feel that it was a very inconvenient experience for me. If I ever need to use your services, I may not lean towards Uhal. Have a great day.

I will NEVER pick up at boost again! I was assured I would get an appliance dolly when i called the store day prior to rental. When I picked truck up, no dolly!! Only answer when I asked questions" I dont know". She did not inspect vehicle with me. It hadn't been swept out. I had to waste another hour,at a DIFFERENT UHAUL PLACE TO GET A DOLLY!!! The place on Rockford lane provided great service, going above and beyond to help!!(got dolly from Rockford)

U-Haul as a company needs to reevaluate its business as a long term rental co. Seems to me U-Haul rests on its laurels. > I was scheduled to pick up a rental truck from the same location that I had been leasing a storage unit. This was all out of town. When I got there to pick the truck up, I was informed that they did not have the truck and that I would have to pick it up at another location. This put me very much behind schedule. Sooo, I had to go retrieve the truck, drive back to where I had my belongings in storage which is U-Haul and then drop it off in another city to where I now live. I was never informed of any change and was not notified by phone. I will seek other opportunities when needing rental products in the future. * disappointed customer ... ( and one who generally doesn't write negative comments )...

The Uhaul located at 4612 new cut road Louisville KY is TERRIBLE. First let me say its a BOOST MOBILE store. They charged me $180, when I turned the truck back in i still owed them $100 more.... All they could say was Uhaul put a hold on my card and I will get the $180 back in 7-10 business days. I have NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL!!! BUT THIS LOCATION IS BRUTAL!!! #NEVER AGAIN

Woman who processed my paper work stayed on the phone talking to someone the entire time. At times i couldn't tell if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. The area was seedy looking with homeless people living behind a dumpster by the trucks. One of the 10 foot trucks had the driver side window busted out and the steering column damaged. The actual 15 foot truck that i reserved wasnt there so i go a bigger truck that i didn't need. The sales lady got annoyed with me because I kept interrupting her phone conversation to tell her that i couldn't find the truck that she had given me the keys to. She finally had me watch the store while she went to find it only to realize that it wasn't on the property. So i ended up with the same massive truck that i just used a few months ago to move into my 4 bedroom house. I will definitely not be using this location again nor recommending it to anyone.

The lady at the counter was very friendly, however the UHaul was gross. Actually gross is understatement!!!! It smelled like urine it had spilled liquids in the cup holders and the inside of the UHaul smelled had urine and bugs inside

We reserved a truck at different location only to find at time of pickup that our reservation had been moved to a different location without notifying us, this was most inconvenient and we may not use your service again and we will certainly not recommend either of location to anyone

The charges were inaccurate and absurd. The New Cut uhaul service is a joke. My checking account is overdrawn due to this issue. From the outset, there were problems with 1-800 customer service. Given wrong location for pickup. However, Ariel, CSR worked hard and diligently over an hour to correct the account. But the credit of $77.90, has not appeared in my checking account with Chase. Plus, I am not able to use the $16.00 gift certificate. It is useless.

Tell people the real charges before they rent the truck. I have rented from other places and not been charged 40 plus a dollar a mile. I was only told 40 at first. I will never rent from them again

I had to call and make sure my reservation was correct 3 times! Then the truck wasn't ready when i picked it up and I was charged 300 dollars more than i should have. When i tried to call the location, they kept hanging up on me. Thankfully corporate refunded me but I'm appalled.

I made reservations on line and even did the fast check in but still had to give my drivers license for them to enter data as well as my credit card data. Took at least 20 min to get my truck. Also I reserved a furniture dolly which was part of my reservation and they didn't have any so I had to move all my big heavy stuff with a little box dolly. Not impressed at all. The lady was nice but the whole experience felt like nothing was organized especially since I made reservations several days ahead AND did a fast check on line..... it seems pointless to do that when it still ended up taking that long to get the truck and still end up not getting everything I reserved.

The guy that checked me out was very unfriendly and rude. Didnt seem like he wanted to be there at all. He didnt walk me to the truck amd reveiw it as he should for damages. He was very unhelpful and i dont think uhaul should have him as staff. I wouldnt suggeest him help the public

Proximity to the job is the reason for pickup location. No offense, it was a nice place. It was the closest place that had a small truck.

Truck was clean, however rented truck and returned same day, placed key in drop box only to find was charged for six day rental because that's when they checked the drop box, now has overdrawn my bank and say they have to check the camara, takes 3 to 5 business days to go back in bank...will they fix the overdrawn charge?? We will see...not very happy with this at ALL.

I had a 8:30 am self check out scheduled. 1st attempt at 8:30 on self check out page took my information and froze up. Logged back in and it now tells me It is scheduled for 10am when the store opened. I noticed there was not a lock on the back door for self check out. I left and came back and logged in on the site again with no luck. I called U-haul and left a message. I was called back later and was 1st told that I was scheduled for 10am. I told her I'm reading my e-mail confirmation saying 8:30. She now tells me the system changed it because I tried to check in after 15 min at 9:30. My 8:30 attempt was not showing. Not true. The truck was not even set up for self pickup. The store employee comes just before 10 am being polite tell me the store will open at 10. I wait being 1st there. She starts to assist me. I tell her about the 8:30 schedule. She tells me, "Well the store don't even open until 10 and the keys are inside. She turns to the next customer laughs and converse in spanish and they laugh and looks at me. I understood a few words and replied si/yes? She says, "I was speaking to him". She started speaking spanish to me to complete my check out. I looked at her then she turns to the other customer rolls her eyes speaks to him then they both laughs. I did under stand her to say, "like I said, Idiot" in spanish like I thought she said the 1st time. I mention that my last rental was after hours and how the self check out was done. She says, how can that happen when the keys are in the store. Scuffs and speaks to the other customer in spanish. She asked me all the question I entered on the self check out page like the driver ect. saying none of the info was there. Then she ask me 8 miles? I say yes. Funny that info was still there. She went outside and looked the truck over. Came back gave me the keys and papers and told me about the gas level. I asked if she wrote about the graffiti on the passenger door? She tells me there is no graffiti on the door in a condescending tone. I go outside, take a pick, email it to myself for a time stamp and go back in and show her. 90% of the door had black spay paint writing on it and can't be missed if you look at the truck. She calls someone and tells them about it and says it's noted. I asked, "If I didn't come back in and show you this will I have been charged for that damage?" She say, "The person who will be here when you come back is aware and you won't be charged". Not addressing my question like she misunderstood me. I believed she understood me and knew about the door and was planning to charge me for the damage. She wasn't surprised to see the pic and didn't walk back out to see.

I was charged 30.58 before I walked out the door. Came back to drop the truck off, only to have 2 additional charges that could not be explained BY THE EMPLOYEE. She said she didn't know why the prices changed. Very rude customer service. After I asked why I was charged so many times, she replied I DONT KNOW IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES. Wow is all I can say. Never again .

Overall had a good experience. However I did mess up on my end by not checking the mileage before I left. So when I returned the truck I noticed it had more miles on it than what I calculated. It says I drive 61 miles total but I know it was 40 miles or so. Again it's my fault but I do not recommend this location because they should have gotten the correct mileage on the paper to begin with.

Very long wait time in a busy store where they also sold cell phones! One clerk. Probably waited 30 minutes only to get there and they didn't have all the equipment I reserved two weeks previously. Very frustrating experience!

Not a good setup! No signs to tell you where to drop off/leave uhaul. If it wasn't for the store still being open would not have know that it had to be parked behind the gas station next door!

Minimal inventory stored behind a gas station nearby, little to no maintenance done on the trailer and poor customer service with the uhaul representative over the phone through corporate. I was given little to no help with figuring out why my reservation changed across town.

When i got there the person was suppose to be getting my truck. his friend walks in to make a payment on something he takes the payment in the middle of my transaction. Then I asked for a dolly but didn't use it. it still was locked in place by a nut. i still was charged. Lastly i held the uhaul on my credit card came back the same day of rental. paid cash for $74.17 what i owed and my credit card was charged $76.06 on top of what i paid. unacceptable. My card was suppose to be held not charged.

the original place I was to pick up my rental did not have a truck for me so I had to drive 18 miles across Louisville to Boost Mobile to pick one up-didn't like that but the silver lining was that Boost Mobile folks were great

I originally booked the vehicle at a location close to my home, and an appliance dolly because I needed to move a fridge. Uhaul moved my reservation to this location, which was about 8 miles in the opposite direction of my errand. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that there was no dolly available. Had I known I would certainly have booked somewhere else ahead of time. Also, the inside of the truck was dirty. I was never offered a discount or anything to compensate for these issues. The lady at the location was helpful, but UHaul's service on the whole was disappointing at best.
