Make sure if a customer has a 6;30 reservation that they do not have to wait until 8;00 to get their rental. the website said if the reservation is not honored you would get a 50 refund which I did not get.

Truck was dirty & had very little gas. I had requested furniture pads & an appliance dollie. There were not any. I would NEVER recommend Uhaul to anyone again. Réservation no 16915236

The gentleman that assisted was very polite and fast. However, the sign for Uhaul is small and hard to notice. And the e trucks are parked out back so I didn't see them and drove past it.

First I had to walk behind a building by myself, some guy was digging thru a dumpster to get the truck There was trash in the cab between the seats and in the console that I had to clean out before I could drive The guy that rented me the truck listed the starting mileage at 116 miles less than what was showing (no doubt in a attempt to overcharge me - so I had to go back in and get that straightened out. This means 2 trips behind the building That was an inconvenience. Then I rented it at 6pm and told him twice I need it for 24 hours so when I got where I was going to load I saw the receipt said it had to be back by 6am so I had to call and get that corrected- again an attempt to overcharge. I can't imagine that I will make Uhaul my first choice if I need a truck again! I was not impressed at all. Rebekah Lawrence

There were homeless people sleeping in the back of all the uhaul. The guy In the store was no help at all he told me he didn't know anything about uhauls and he told me I had to get the homeless peoples stuff out of uhaul. Then I was over charged for things I didn't get time I didn't use and it didn't take out of my account until days later which put me in negatives . I was told I'd get a discount for my troubles and that didn't happen either . I will never try this again . This was my worst experience with a business so far.

The Uhaul just need a little upgrade. Still have to roll down the windows by hand. The renter rep also need to at least wear some kind of Uhaul shirt or uniform to identify themselves. We was pumping gas & one of the rep just pop up & said he can park the Uhaul for us from here. However, that is kind of scary. What if that rep is not part of Uhaul? We were a little suspicious & hesitating to give him the keys.

My location of pickup changed to further from my home a few days before pickup. I was told the dolly I reserved would be in the truck, it was not. I went back to store to pick up and they informed me they were out of dolly's. Uhaul only had 1/4 tank off gas upon pickup.

Truck was dirty inside, 1/4 tank of gas.., and didn't have the utility dolly I reserved! Had to go to Preston hwy to get one' My original reservation was for pick up in anchorage, ky…got a text the night before my reservation saying I had to go to New Cut rd! My reservation was for 9am…the place on new cut didn't even open till 10!!! First time uhaul has disappointed me…. But did it in spades! They didn't even do a walk around inspection before I took it…it was filthy inside…didn't do an inspection when I dropped it off!

They had several trucks sitting out back told me they didn't have a truck for my reservation that I had already had and it was supposed to be guaranteed then when I decided to sit on the phone for 30 minutes with the u-haul people and they seen that I wasn't just dropping it they decided to bring me a key out and say that they had a U-Haul for me that just got dropped off knowing I was standing there the whole time and the U-Haul was back there nobody dropped nothing off they were crap first time running U-Haul and never will go to that location again they sent three other couples away that had reservations there also why I was standing there on the phone with Barbara from U-Haul y'all's 800 number

my experience was GOD ALFULL I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING ELSE FROM U HAUL THEY OVER CHARGED MY CARD FOR 200 DOLLARS OFF MY DEBIT CARD AND IM HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING THE MONEY PUT BACK ON MY CARD> I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE I GOT ALSO THEY LIED AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NO TRUCKS AND CLEARLY THERE WAS. Renting the truck in Louisville was not a good experience. A error was made on my reservation at the Bardstown Rd. location. Consequently, I was sent miles away to the New Cut Road location to pick up the truck. The manager at the New Cut Rd location was excellent to work with, but the error should not have occurred.

When I picked up the van it was covered on mud inside and I wish I Would have taken a picture because they put a 30 dollar charge on me for a cleaning. I rent uhaul soften and this is my worst experience. I will be looking into different rental servicing next time I need a truck

I had a great experience until I got my receipt through email I told the lady literally three times I DID NOT want to pay for any type of insurance I 1 didn't have the extra money 2 was literally going not even 10 miles all together with this truck. Then I get a $71 receipt for a $45 uhaul like do what?… I will never come here again.

This was the second time I have picked up a truck from them and the fuel level was wrong when I got in it now they are trying to charge me for fuel after I brought it back with more then it had when I got it

I had a terrible experience. My pick up location was changed 3 times. Then when I went to pick up the truck with 24/7 pickup, I got a note saying it would be hand delivered at 10:00am. My pickup time was supposed to be 8:00am. Then when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told I could go to a 4th location. I had a feeling it was off, so I asked the customer service rep to please call before I drive all the way out there. I'm glad I did. The truck wasn't accessible. 2,5 hours after I was supposed to have the truck, I finally get it. That caused me to be late checking out of the bnb I was staying in, late to check-into the new apartment, and late to get back to the old house where I was moving from. And ontop of that, it was supposed to be a flat fee up to a certain amount of miles, but the reservation ended up being changed at checkout, which ended up costing me more in the end. It's not just the location. It's the brand. Go somewhere else.

I returned the truck early on Sunday morning as the location was near my hotel. There were no personnel available, but the U-Haul website made the return easy - snap lots of pictures, enter mileage and fuel level and drop the ignition key in the after-hours drop.

This is the worst type of equipments I've rented, I didn't even get any benefits from renting it BECAUSE this equipment does not go back when its loaded so if you are going straight it's fine as long you don't try to back it up into your garage or any spot. I had to drop the back and I took the car dolly back to the U-Haul dealer after hours of trying to back it up until I saw a sticker says that I can't back up. What a waste

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful. However the Van had it's engine light on. The fuel outlet had no cap, and the van was filthy and did not run well. the brakes needed to be pumped twice before it would stop!! She said it had been reported, but nothing was done. I think you need some quality control.

The cab was very dirty and the floor was sticky. The windshield had a dent in it, and the windshield wipers were also basically useless; we had to go through a severe thunderstorm with hail on our trip and were effectively driving blind the entire time.

The trust gas gasket was off I did not get the truck that I requested I got a 10 instead of a 15 so that made an extra trip it took me three trips instead to move everything I needed I thought I could manage but it didn't work out

Uhaul outlets are not the problem. The problem is with the reservation process. Dealing with uhaul online or with there rude dispatchers is horrible. My reservation was made on Monday for 9:00am Saturday at one location and they send me a email for 3:30pm at a location 15 miles away. Terrible customer service if I need another truck I will try my hardest to stay away from uhaul.

Staff was not helpful at all. Said she would come around to help disconnect the trailer but did not, left and closed the store. An employee from a neighboring restaurant came over and helped me remove the trailer from my SUV. Will never use this location again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

I reserved a furniture dollie, a utility dollie, and 10x furniture blankets along with my rental truck. I only received the truck... Also used the 24/7 truck pickup. Had to stand in line on the pickup and return. I used the online 24/7 in order to have no human interaction. Still ended up taking over 30 minutes..

Trailer was parked off the paved lot and in tall weeds. It was stuck behind a tree stump. No help wading into the weeds and pulling out it to be accessible. Cut my leg wrestling with it. Could very easily been seriously injured. No help attaching trailer to my car. Totally unprofessional business. I have photos if you'd like to see them.
