The pickup was great but I had to drive a little far to get it. My bill for the U-haul was very high due to the mileage from pickup place to the location to move and back. The miles I used during the actual move was less than half the miles actually used during the whole rental

The owner went out of his way to help me set up my ball hitch so that the trailer would fit. Very cool.

make better effort to provide prefered pickup destination. Having to travel an hour for pick up is NOT a convenience, especially when making reservation well in advance. Also, providing equipment availability at pick up locations would be helpful when reserving equipment.
