The staff was amazing and so helpful!!! The location is small and a little hard to navigate but the staff was more than willing to help us with all our needs. This is the second time I have used that location and had a great experience both times.

James HargraveThe location office was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes. The owner was hard to understand. Also the driveway is far too narrow to pull into from the road without taking up both lanes. Would probably be fine with a pickup truck/van but any of the box trucks it's a serious hazard unless you feel like blocking the road for both lanes of traffic just to make the turn into the horribly narrow driveway. My actual rental went great though. The truck was clean and easy to operate. I just wouldn't use that location again.

MENELIK SMITHLocation is real hard to get into. Meaning it's very small with only a driveway to back into. Although the attendant was very nice and kind and took care of us right away. Merci.
THOMAS WASHBURNI was overcharged for mileage due to an error with the truck and the issue has not been corrected even after discussing the issue with Uhaul and the merchant.
Angela SmithThis was scheduled for a location that was NOT 24 hr pick up, even though it claimed to be on my reservation. I had to wait 2 additional hours to get my truck when the business opened. I was told I would get a $50 rebate (I never received one).
Jacob WallyWhen I checked your app for directions it sent me to the same address in a different town wasting my time and expensive gas. It was in a neighborhood!!! The correct location didn't have a sign just a bunch of uhaul trucks next to a run down garage.

Jack GillispieThe mileage was below what it said on the dash, there was a couple items in the back and the van hadn't been swept. The gas was above what it said on the dash. I got charged $200 for a trip that was supposed to be $75. Then I had to call a lady in India to correct it and she took an hour to refund me.

Tiffini AddisonThe gentlemen we met forged our signature on the contract, didn't open the back for us to check what should be in there and didn't verify the mileage or gas with us. He turned it on, walked over and said have a safe trip. After driving away and getting home we noticed the signature was forged, the mileage was incorrect and the gas mentioned in the contract was incorrect. We have photos of the mileage and gas before we left the U-Haul site. We also were only given 10 blankets, not 12. Will never use this location again.
Justin AndersonLocation was not where I wanted to pick up vehicle. This location was very dirty and not well maintained. Vehicle was dirty in the cab and in the rear. Had to be swept out before I could take it. By picking up vehicle at this location I had to put extra miles on the odometer that I had to in turn pay for.
Jock BeekerThe gentleman who handled my pick-up changed my drop off location, and couldn't give me a satisfactory explanation as to why he changed it. The building was dirty. My utility dolly that I had requested was in a different truck, and I had to move it to the truck I had rented.
Benjamin BecknerI made the reservation online. I did not opt for any insurance or any other extras. I drove a total of 5 miles, put one gallon of gas in the truck. They charged my card $10 for gas and $20 per day ($40) for insurance. When I called, they basically said there is nothing they can do. Be careful.

William HohensteinThis place didnt have any signage anywhere on its property - had to circle back to find it. Entrance to property was very narrow - hard to negotiate with a large truck. The property was cluttered, disorganized, and frankly a huge mess. The staff was uncommunicative and disheveled. I will never choose to drop off/pick up equipment from here again.

SUSAN SOUZAI would have really loved to be able to contact the shop by phone. I called several times and got no answer, left a message and got no call back. The truck also makes a couple funny noises but it worked fine and was nice and clean :)

It wasn't a clean place and they charged me for gas that wasn't in the truck when I picked it up. Didn't go over anything or details with me at all. Didn't even check the returned truck until I requested he did so he was charging me off instinct. I will NEVER use this location again. Also charged me additional fees for no reason. It's against the law to price gouge. I rent from uhaul from time to time and have never experienced any thing like this. I am very unhappy and I am not pleased about it at all.

Kathleen SienerthThere was only Two trucks when I arrived. One customer ahead of me, which left me the last truck on sight. Then the customer that arrived didn't have a truck to rent. If I would have been two minutes later I would have been the one with no truck to rent. But I guess it will always be first come first served.

Aneissa HydeApp said they had appliance dolly, but what they gave me was a half busted regular dolly. Also inconsistent internet at location to handle online paperwork. Guys nice enough but billing, equipment and space to move and park truck was very lacking.
