Cancel the Carpet Guy's contract. The tires on the vehicle dolly that I rented there were worn out, and he was rude to me. When he asked me for a secondary point of contact, he said that I could use my boyfriend's number. I am a happily married man to my beautiful German wife. I told him that it was gross to suggest that I had a boyfriend, but he continued with his insults and said, "You look like you have a boyfriend!" He is rude and doesn't represent UHAUL with respect and honor.

Little customer service, very non personable and didn't care that the lights didn't work when he connected the trailer. Told me how to clean the connection. Ended up driving 1 400 miles with no trailer lights whatsoever as I couldn't remedy the problem.

The location doesn't establish the price and I must apologize to the gentleman but he had the unfortunate business to have to charge me astronomical prices. U-haul's prices have become unbelievable. I used a U-haul car trailer to move a vehicle from San Angelo, TX to Chehalis, WA and was charged over $700. 2 years ago during the same month of the year I was charged $290 for a 26' moving truck between the same exact locations. I have to rate the fee hike 1 star on U-hauls part but I rate the pick up location 4 stars.

One of the boys told me to that I could come in early to pick truck up and wouldn't be charged for that day. Since how it was already 5pm. My pick up date was the next morning @ 10am. They ended up billing my card for a full three days instead of the two I requested for. Plus there was a half a tank of gas when I picked it up. Returned it with three quarters of a tank. Ended up charging me for fuel anyways. I don't recommend this location to a soul.
