Super friendly & welcoming center. Easy drop off. If all U-Haul locations were like this one, their would be allot less complaints about U-Haul.

The agent attended with me while I connected the trailer to my vehicle. zi got called back to work for an emergency so had to return the trailer after hours on a Sunday - there was space out front to drop of the trailer and other units were parked outside the fence in the parking lot. Great service all around. However it would be nice to know how to drop off after hours when you pick up the rental - and I found it difficult to reach an agent by phone - some improvement opportunities that would ensure the experience is far more than satisfactory.

Boyle SOwner originally told us that we may or may not get a truck, even though we booked ahead.he said if someone walked in off the street and wanted one he would give it first come first served.so we were worried for a fews days that the truck wouldnt be there when we went. But it was. Although we were first told we would have to pick up in edmonton which would have added 350 km to our move.
Heather BCustomer service at this location was EXCELLENT!! Too bad Uhaul a customer service line SUCK! Credit for gas absolutely needs to be brought back!!. I returned the truck with an additional 3/8 of a tank of fuel! About $80 worth!! I don't see how it should be my issue that I had no idea how much fuel your truck would use between locations. I certainly didn't want to be stuck on the highway with a lack of fuel! Change your policy back!!. I will be recommending Budget Truck Rental to people including a nice review of Uhaul on Facebook!!!

Jenene GStill have not received my deposit, back and it's been nearly 24 hours. It would be nice if there was a location more central to Athabasca/Slavelake. Driving an additional 30minutes to find a drop off point is not really cool. Then get charged extra mileage for it.
Mitchell COnly problem that I had/noticed was the almost BALD REAR DUALS and the inside of the box and on the rear bumper a fair bit of SAND. I also noticed on the rear door above the latch a GOUGE in the door. Forgot to mention it when I returned the truck.

Larry LTruck was buried in snow and ice upon my arrival. I had to clean over a foot of snow and ice off the truck as well as shovel snow out from under the wheels to get the truck free. The agent assisted me, but commented " guess I should have dug it out before you arrived."
